Played this game for the first time last year with all the damn DLC it had to offer.

300 fucking hours on it, my run was boring but had a lot of fun.

His character is extremely well written and interesting, and for a short DLC he's very fleshed out.
Definately my favorite NPC from NV and the high point of HH that makes me think the DLC is underrated.

Joshua Graham and Randall Clark are two extremely well written characters that get little screen time but shine britghter than the others.

If you played HH at it's release date chances were you had finished the game at least once, and had come to know about the Burned Man. Getting to actually meet him was a really nice moment for me, because I remember before the DLC that I kept wondering who the Burned Man was and what he looked like and how his personality would be.

Honestly all the DLCs except Lonesome Road have very well written characters. Elijah, Graham and Mobius.

I love Lonesome Road but Ulysses was written in a way that I didn't really like.
Besides his character being annoying his qualms with the Courier come out of nowhere to you, and you feel railroaded into a fight you never really took part in to begin with. I understand what Obsidian wanted to do with him but the buildup to him, the final conversation with him and the final fight were sort of not what I was expecting after having played the previous three DLCs.
Not sure how they could have done it for it to be better, I just don't think Ulysses is a very compelling character in this game.

At some point you have to ask yourself "what is my motivation to fight this guy?" it seems like the devs intended for him to be our final antagonist but the lack of buildup in the main game and his references in the other DLCs just make him look like a deranged asshole with a bone to pick.

Why are people at Long 15/Dry Wells marked ones instead of regular ghouls?

It's said that marked ones were created specifically by the combination of Divide's storms tearing their skin off and radiation keeping them alive, resulting in skinless ghouls with exposed tissue.

Long 15/Dry Wells are not Divide, there are no violent storms there. There is literally no reason for them to be marked ones. Hell, they shouldn't even be alive in the first place, considering the place is literally next to the fucking impact site of a nuclear warhead.

It's not a general. One persistent thread of a game on /v/ is harmless because it's just one thread. /vg/ was made when generals (specifically pokemon generals) were being spammed on /v/ and took up the whole catalog.
But again, apparently having 10 switch shitposting threads, multiple Andromeda and zelda threads, and a million console war threads all up at once is fine, but one thread about video games is a no no.

NV generals on /vg/ don't get enough traffic to survive. Threads on /v/ get more traffic because people who come to /v/ come there for multiple threads and just happen to post in NV threads, while people only come to /vg/ with a specific general in mind.
