I think I understand why Hashinshin rages at his jungler. Every game I've played today has been awful where not only does my jungler not gank my lane under any circumstances, but the jungler just PvE farms without ganking ANY lane even if the lanes have CC or the enemy laners aren't warding. I can't explain how frustrating this is. Junglers would literally give up free kills rather than help. I feel like junglers have some kind power trip, they like knowing they're in control. They're like sadistic fucks who get off on your pain.

I don't play a lot of top lane, and I have a heavy roaming playstyle, but I can try

Gnar is KINDA like this? He has manaless harass with his boomerang, builds tanky and has good sustain with mega gnar, can outplay people with his transforming and CC and damage... but he's not really a heavy splitpusher. You CAN splitpush well, but you should remember to TP in for teamfights, since gnar is a pretty decent teamfighter.

Mundo spams cleavers in lane but he kinda sucks and is boring, also there's NOTHING deceptive about his tankiness other than his regen maybe

Tryndamere kind of does, but his "harass" is just auto attacking.

Rumble isn't tanky or splitpush focused but he DOES harass really hard with no mana cost

Riven isn't tanky either but she has the split-second shield and oozes with outplay potential, she's also good at splitpushing after you build tiamat

Oooh, Renekton! He falls off REALLY hard, but is manaless and REALLY oppressive in lane.

And of course there's Kled, who is all about going in and is the MASTER of deceptive tankiness if you learn to use your ult right

the lack of keystone hurts a lot too and farm whites super important but luckily they halved the xp it takes to reach max level and made tier 1 & 2 runes basically free so that helps a little

1)manaless lane bully. You get to use everything off cooldown, you get great early waveclear, you're oppressive, and you've got mad sustain.
2)you get tanky for building and doing damage. Encourages you to all-in all of the time. His entire kit is built around the idea of "1v1 me you won't" and he basically solo kills any melee toplaner with very few exceptions. Enemy jungler coming to gank you? stay and fight man, go for the double kill man. You can do it. Walk out of the fray with 1 hp and a full shield.
3) big, BIG damage. You land that third Q on a squishy and BALETED.
4) all of his damage and tankiness is back loaded. People think they can win a 1v1 and then BOOM they don't anticipated the 3Q damage, they don't account for how huge your W heal is, they don't notice as your abilities let you tank right through ignite and your life bar slowly stops going down no matter how many skills they pump into you
5) This one is personal, but I personally find micromanaging the ghost EXTREMELY fulfilling.
6)that sweet sweet...sweet sound when you cast ult, see the guy run away, and ten seconds later you here "an enemy has been slain"
7)bullying the fuck out of Nasus
