first skill is fire that only reduces damage based off stats vs straight power so it's power is weaker on quite a notable amount of carries or on spell chuckers not that much.

his stun is single target up close or in range so his team fight impact is pretty single target and limited and honestly pretty shit. Still has initiation issues and blink won't make up for how lacklustre the stun is since dragon stun you still are at near enemy counter attack range. Also his stun range is less then his right click range so that's gonna hurt him.

he gets armour and hp regen but that again is limited in how DK himself utilities it. Others who if they were to have that passive can do better but he just can't make it work that efficiency then those hypothetical heroes with his passive.

His ult puts him in problem.
He can't build as ranged or melee because building as one fucks the other. DK can't get hurricane Pike since it only works dragon side and the huge ass gap between his stun range and auto damage widens further alongside the fact that DK still has to be close as fuck either way.

As a mid he's shit for gank. As an offlaner he doesn't bring any utility as a carry he brings no damage or flash farming or a threatening presence at SOME point in some way. Darion is just there doing...something

how would YOU fix DK? his role is to soak up damage in the earlygame while pushing a lane. his passive could be an aura, but that is stupidly strong even if it was half-effective. grab a dominator and a satyr and your team never dies.

you could increase the range on his stun, but that is barely a bandaid. same goes for lowering CD on ult

i would say make his breath reduce ALL right click damage done by x%, increase range of stun to autoattack, reduce ult CD by 15s, and aghs give him perma-dragon + makes his passive 50% aura

for a bit of spice, aghs also adds an additional ability: backdraft, 20s CD, 250range knockback centered around DK in dragonform

i dont know why this would be useful
