The Pilot has a sight very similar to that of the Su-25A.
Gunner has a collimated flex sight for the chin minigun on the V & D and a sighting unit for aiming the missiles, which *might* be IR capable.
I don't know if the gunner still has the flex sight on the P, since the 30mm cannon is fixed.

No idea what the root cause was. Although I did check and every tank on the plane was empty, so it wasn't just a case of being too stupid to transfer fuel about. The fuel definitely went somewhere.

In the end I doubt the report would be stamped with anything but repeated pilot error. (Given that even if it was a fuel-leak from some undetected failure setting, I probably should have noticed before everything died.)

Basically it sounds like Cobra wanted to do things differently than the other three guys, and the company wasn't making money (their first short-term goal is to regain financial stability), so they split. Leatherneck is now just a brand managed by the new LLC, Cobra's plans are as yet unknown (but I assume he's still working on shit considering the F-14 update he posted the other day). So the MiG-21 is now maintained by a dev group that's losing money and is in the middle of making organizational changes (so don't expect any fixes for anything that comes up for the next few months lmao), the Viggen is being maintained by a single guy, and the F-14 is being developed by that same single guy.

My money's on a conflict between Nick and his team(s), and the MiG-21 guys. Consider how long the Viggen's development dragged on, that's got to have created some friction and that might be why LNS started losing money. It may even be that the decision to split, and the resultant splitting up of assets, was decided upon before the Viggen's release- the now-Mag3 guys cut off the then-liabilities that were the Viggen and F-14 development costs, and from what I understand Cobra was basically heading both of those projects anyway. Mag3/LNS may not have the cash cow of the F-14 coming up (though I'd imagine Heatblur probably paid some amount for the rights to both projects, or took on some of LNS's debt to keep them), but they don't have the dev costs of it or the Viggen now, either. Plus, they get to keep rights to a lucrative brand (Leatherneck is reasonably well-respected).

I'd also wager that Mag3 retained rights to the Corsair. They have an aircraft slated for release sometime in the next year, the only other aircraft we know that LNS was working on was the Corsair. They might be banking on a bit more DCS WWII hype now that Normandy is coming out Q1 2018 and we're getting overpriced WWII AI units.

I just flew a campaign mission in He 111 and dropped a 2500 square on top of 4 parked planes on enemy airfield, which was the target, I saw them burn and I'm pretty sure I caught other targets too.

The log said I've only destroyed a single AAA.

The fight's still pretty long range. The Typhoon has a much better radar than these '90s-spec F-15Cs, the emissions from the Eurofighters were weak enough at that range that the F-15 RWR (it's apparently actually called a TEWS but fuck that we all know what an RWR is) didn't pick it up, but the Typhoons were able to get range and bearing information from it.

Anyway, the Typhoons have already identified all four F-15s as hostile and punched it into burner to go for the merge. The F-15s are only just now getting RWR spikes and turning to meet them. Considering the distances and speeds involved, missiles should be flying soon. Both sides are set to be pessimistic with their fire- they won't fire unless the enemy is positively identified as hostile (not necessarily visual ID, just have to determine the enemy aircraft type and see that it isn't responding to IFF)
