I'm here to share my expert gameplay tips for all you idiots in the duty finder. You won't find this in any guide or wiki, but your efficiency in combat will improve by 50% at least.

First, as a Ninja, time your jump to the left to sync up with Mutilation's backflip! This puts you in a flanking position in a stylish way while minimizing arm-allergy run time!

As a Machinist, if your Heartbreak is up, save it for after your Clean Shot! If you sharply turn to the left after the Clean Shot's jump, you will land in a marksman approved aimed shot crouching position for the Heartbreak. If there is a caster next to you during the boss fight, she will most definitely be impressed with your tactical mastery!

Lastly, if you're a Dragoon, timing your Jumps is crucial to the class rotation. You need to wait until using an attack with an upward thrust animation. In that way, you will be combining your attack with the devastating kinetic power that propels you into the sky. You will lightning strike through your target like a RAILGUN before crashing down on his head while he's still wondering what just happened to him! His next thought while he's burning in hell will be, "Wow, that was the coolest dragoon player I've ever seen!"

I think it would benefit elezen if their variance could include that. Hell, all races could use more variance in min/max sliders.
My problem with elezen are not the size and whatnot though i think the base of the neck could be more muscular/wider to accompany their longer neck/shoulders.

Healing can be pretty active believe it or not. It's not as fast as ninja, but unless you're slacking or running with a really skilled group there's plenty to do. DRK has a lot of off-gcds too, but it's also not nearly as fast-paced as ninja. I don't know about monk, never played it.
