Pretty based unit who's also a cool character to boot. Though he starts off as a somewhat edgy fedora, he grows on you especially if you max out his support with Natasha. She's the team's offensive buffer. Her stats are largely irrelevant aside from being able to take out a green unit in a pinch. I have a -SPD/+DEF one that still doubles Julia and one shots Nino, that's a pretty bad spread but most of the work on the team goes to the mage nuker anyhow so it's fine.

Oh, she can also drag people towards allies so they can gangbang them more easily, that's super useful in some maps.

+spd means less getting doubled so that's not the worst thing in the world for Nowi, you'd want another res tank though since that limits her ability to squash red mages. Anything but -spd is usable on Nino since that one's going to be on a buffing team to make up for most deficiencies anyhow, and relies on doubling due to having no special move. -atk Raven is pretty bad considering he has to use a Brave Weapon, even if he is one of the few with a decent chance of 4x hits with it.

HP can mean the difference between life and death when facing specific one shot threats, though I don't recall Nowi having too many of those besides Julia, who would probably get the kill regardless of HP or Res. Slower units would rather have 3 less HP than 3 less of their good stat, since getting doubled would make them lose 6 more HP, or 12 from a Brave Weapon quad hit.

On the other hand, having +HP in conjunction with a bad defensive stat as a bane can help cancel out the damage that does if going -HP or -that stat would result in a one shot from certain threats, especially if that unit is fast enough to not get doubled or has Wary Fighter equipped.

tl;dr higher HP helps fast squishies more than slow tanks.

I just died to a 4% crit hit. I'm fucking pissed.
