Personally, I think if they heavily retooled the passive but kept the general play pattern (urges you to stay and fight rather than run, deceptive tankiness and back loaded damage causes enemies to overcommit to fights they can't win but initially look easily winnable) that would be best.

Other than that, his giant mace makes me think that some sort of extreme knock back should definitely be a part of his kit, and being a sort of king of the dead not!Sauron, some sort of fear somewhere in his kit would be ideal.

I'm a horrible ideas guy so I'll try to stay away from imagining what his kit may be like.

The three absolute most basic things I want addressed to his kit is

1.Please, give him the defensive base stats representative of a juggernaut. Having 525 base health and less armor than fucking Assassins/Marksmen is fucking pitiful

2.If you're gonna go all in on the "Zero mobility low MS" Juggernaut theme, what unique assets can you give him in his kit that will allow him some form of a CONSISTENT (I.E not MAYBE every 5 minutes like the current ghost dragon) avenue of agency for him to have over a game. Is he gonna be a hell of a splitpushing threat? Will he have something teams will covet in terms of teamfighting ability. I dunno what the hell it might be, but it needs to be strong enough to cover up what in today's League is a GIGANTIC weakness. And I'm not entirely sure if even Riot with their recently good track record of VGUs can pull that off, hence why I wouldn't be surprised if he was given some light CC in his rework so there doesn't have to be such extremes. This is by far my biggest concern,

3.Itemization. This IMO is one of the things that's holding Morde back the most. Most juggernauts only have to build 1-2 damage items to be relevant damage threats for almost the entire game and then can build straight tank after that and still be very tanky regardless of their damage output. Morde HAS to run at least 3 damage items in Gunblade/Rylais/Void Staff in order to remain relevant in both the damage AND the tanky side, which means if he falls behind he's absolutely fucking useless outside of beig a dragon/ult bot. It's been said before I think but similar to Darius and his passive armor pen I really think he needs some sort of passive or even active MR shred/steal so he could likely ditch having to have a Void staff in his builds and can just go 2 damages items into tank which is pretty standard for Bruisers/Juggernauts at the moment.

Honestly? I imagine he's going to transition to primarily physical damage. Being a giant suit of armour who plays like a mage snd builds AP to do magic damage is one of the largest contributors to his poor theming.

Outside of that, they need to retool his passive and his heal so it isn't flat damage-to-tankiness conversion, because that's the largest contributor to his feast or famine playstyle. His E has a %max shield charge for hitting champions, he needs that redistributed to the rest of his kit and possibly have his heal scale with his missing hp with a small flat portion on top, like GP.

It's possibility certainly, although even in his lore he's still some of a magus, so there's a decent chance they keep it how it is now. Or they could make him do magic damage scaling off of AD, which would be REALLY strong as well as giving him access to better itemization options. You're dead on with his passive and there's almost no way it stays in it's current form that's for damn sure.

Either way, it's looking to be a loooooong ways out, between Eve/Urgot and the entirety of the S8 Preseason going to be dedicated to the Divers like Irelia/Panth/Xin Zhao/Noc etc. If we're lucky we'll get him early into 2018 as the first VGU after Eve.

AD scaling magic damage locks him out of both black cleaver and lethality items though.

His passive in its current form eats up the majority of his power budget, but I think the idea that fighting -> tankiness (not even necessarily damage, but just constantly landing all of your skills) should stay. One of the reasons I gravitated to Mordekaiser was like I said, the way he encourages the player to stay and fight (I can't tell you how many top lane ganks end in double kills for me) instead of running, and that the longer the fight drags on the tankier you get, turning around fights that initially looked lost.

Which is ironically, also a quality Urgot has, so I'm eager to see his VGU especially since the 6-leg model looks great.

Try to farm where they aren't if you're not pushing.

It's unpleasant when laning phase ends and t1 mid goes down and your team is just eating all of your farm. Just go to another lane with a decent sized wave or the jg.

Lethality is really good on most ADCs though, it's just that Jhin plays by his own rules. He stacks so much AD that he doesn't need to go heavy on the lethality to deal massive damage, it's just better to go for raw stats.

I'd think PD would be more useful since Jhin seeing as the range for its MS bonus is the same as his attack range, making it useful for chasing or maneuvering around people while autoing. Also your build is a bit inefficient because you have more crit chance than needed, and PD would make it an even 100% and give you more attack speed for yet more bonus AD.

I main Shyvana and Udyr, what's a third jungler i can put into my arsenal for soloqueue? I've had a really hard time narrowing down my champion pool, but I finally got two champions that I can consistently play well and win with. Just need one more but not sure which one. I tried Nunu, and I did pretty good with him normally, but if I ever fell behind or we started losing, my team would flame me and tilt at my pick and we would lose, and I figured that's not really worth it.

Riven's early is fucking busted. That ult is legit the strongest in the game. It gives you a fuckton of AD and just releasing it already does 300-350 phys damage at lv 6 and it has an insane range. Same applies to Kalista. They're both champs that just don't fit into the game it's either that they're dominating the game 1 v 5 or they are completely useless.

Most of the time I play against Riven's they outplay themselves by using all 3 Q's just to get close to me. Good Riven's are difficult to play against, as they know how to trade well. Typically though you want to start Doran's Blade and trade around level 1 or 2. Your E will allow you to soak a lot of her damage (blocks her empowered AA's and her Q is an AoE, meaning it's reduced by 25%). She'll burn through 2 potions or so if you play agro before she even hits level 3. After this, it's fairly easy. Just stay in your minion wave and never trade without your E. If she wastes her E or Q's trying to dash away after you start attacking her with E, THEN you can Q onto her. Don't do this after level 6 though, as you'll have no cooldowns and she'll burst you down before you can get out. If you are losing this lane, buy Ninja Tabi and another Doran's and farm it out.
