There is a boss in Stockades that casts an aoe fear (which may take you to one of the other bosses rooms).
Arugal in Shadowfang Keep can take control of one of your party members.
The brazier event in Blackfathom Deeps.
Thermaplugg's spawned bombs in Gnomeregan.
The Tuten'Kash (summoning event) and Mordresh Fire Eye (aoe projectile adds) in Razorfen Kraul.
In Scarlet Monastery there's the Headless Horseman (added in BC), Herod with his bladestorms, invincibility and a fuckton of adds after he dies, Fairbanks who can silence (usually your healers) and the fucking Morgraine/Whitemane event fight.
The petrifying adds on Antu'Sul, Theka the Martyr's immunity, the pyramid stairs event and Sgt. Bly's party fight in Zul'Farrak.
Avatar of Hakkar summoning event and Shade of Eranikus in Sunken Temple.
There might have been more, but I haven't played Ulda or Mara in ages. Blackrock Depths, Scholo, Strath, BRM and BRS had even more stuff.

Also, every spell the bosses don't cast impacts their fight, even if it only made it easier for the tank to die.
