Do all Elite monsters have some sort of oneshot ability? Even the non-reflect ones?

I've been in situations where an elite monster doing roughly 2.5k damage suddenly bursts me down from 10-12k HP to zero through all my damage resist passives. What gives?

I recorded a death with shadowplay and checked it out. Couldn't really figure out. All marksman defensive buffs were up, regular hits for about 2.8k, then suddenly my character is killed from 12k HP. The Official Knight A has a shuriken toss as its main attack, and a bat thing which is multi-hit but does very little damage. Been googling but gleaning useful info from 5 year old reddit threads is tough.

When I saw "officialellinia" I thought someone had bought the website to troll since RM0's said that he was tired of MS in the past, which was inconsistent with what the post said (that he was working on multiple MS versions at once). However, the Ellinia game server actually being up (though no one can actually log onto it yet) and the poster actually providing a plausible reason for why he would have to downgrade to V160 makes me think that it's real.
