The nobushi is similar to warden and PK, it's a crutch character. It's a character where low skilled players can beat higher skilled players because of how good the class. That's why it makes people mad, bad players can beat them, and there's nothing they can do about it, unless they stand there for 2 minutes blocking every single one of nobushi's attacks until she runs out of stamina or makes a mistake.

Unless you're an assassin, you can't punish her. Blocking her attacks does nothing to her, parrying just pushes her back and you cant punish her even with another nobushi.

At no point in this game have I felt outskilled. Have I been outskilled? Many times.

There's something about how fighting feels that when I win, it feels as if I just had the opponent flustered and when I lose, the opponent just cheesed their character's go to move that(Objectively) I don't have the reaction speed to deal with. Be it that side spin that beserkers do or the impenetrable defence of a warlord/conquerer.

I keep playing waiting for a match that I win with the feeling I genuinely outplayed an opponent yet, even when I win with full health or barely come out with a clutch win, I still feel the same. I got lucky and my adversary was caught in a moment of no concentration.

Am I doing it wrong or is this a vibe you guys often get too?

This game has the worst match making that I have ever known. Not even that there is no mm, cause that would be better than what we have now.
From what i've gathered from my experience and other people i've played with, you just get put against purple and gold gear score with a team full of greys. EVERY FUCKING TIME.
Anything but duels and brawl is completely unplayable for new players.

How do you even beat a good Warlord as a Lawbringer?

I just fought one and it felt like there was nothing I could do. If I feinted, he either ignored it (because why even bother parrying) or got a hit in. Throwing in lights was worthless since he could just punish me with them. He just spent the game poking me down by feinting into guard breaks, headbutt damage, or zone attack

I wish I had the drive to play For Honor I had two weeks ago. I don't even get pissed anymore on each and every class in the game.

Already reaching the 20XX point of this game.
I've had 3 duels in a row with Wardens or Roachies as Kensei and it was just a "never attack, only parry" kind of game. Neither of our feints worked against each other, every match was atleast 2 minutes.

This is what happens when you oversimplify fighting games and put in easy parries.

It's pretty risky, but if you're going to get hit anyway it's worth a try. You could also try a quick full guard into shield bash, but that's really unsafe, especially with Nobushi's range. You should probably also work on your defense. If you can stop her attacks for a second, it'll give you a chance to start up another combo.

Yeah, Nobushi's who don't use swift recoil tend to fall apart when you get in close on them.

Be careful about being too aggressive on Nobus, if they use recoil it's easy for them to back away and use vipers retreat to reset the distance constantly.
