ideally you would backup your current save then find another pale ore and find the differences between the saves. You'd have some trial and error there changing values but it could work eventually. In fact depending on how the saves are encoded it would be pretty hard.

I used Cheat engine once successfully and that was in dungeon defenders, cheating more money.
It really wouldn't help you here because the values are so low. Like, if you wanted to use it in real time you would look for a memory index with a starting value of 1, get the second pale ore, then tell cheat engine to look for values within that group that incremented to 2. There are going to be a LOT of those because the game has a lot of other shit going on. I think cheat engine works best with large numbers (like currency in Dungeon Defenders) because looking for 232044 or something incrementing to 280000 will typically only give you one or two locations.

It happened to me after I used it to open the blue door as my only source of blue health (along with the other trinket).
It fixed itself since yesterday recently for some reason but it persisted for quite a while.

I tried to fix it yesterday by grabbing blue life from additional sources but it didn't actually increase the life counter visibly so I'm not sure if that did anything to fix it even if the game acted as if I had some additional blue health when I tried to kill myself with blue life to see if that'd reset it.

Watching the unfolding reaction to this game in the past week has been really interesting. I feel like the consensus is that the game wasn't on most people's radars, and even folks who were tracking it ended up surprised that it turned out better than expected.

I kinda wish there was better promotion in place or some high-visibility web dorks would give it the let's play treatment. The devs deserve to make some cash on this.

To get the second fragment, you need 1800 dream things, did you fight the advanced versions of the the False Knight, Soul Master and Broken Vessel? Hit their corpses with the dream nail.
And there are 7 guardians scattered around as well.

Once you have the improved dream nail, hit the White Knight Armor in the ancient Basin.

Mawlurk is in ancient basin near broken vessel fight, oblobble is coliseum I think but no guarantees. Husk warrior is scatter throughout infected crossroads. Gruzzer I think spawned in crossroads but gets replaced after the infection, no idea if they still spawn elsewhere.

So radiance convinced the kingdom that he/she was a false god, and took over who the seers thought was the deity. This caused the infection in the hollow knight, and why everyone is going fucking crazy. You can't crystal dash off the window for whatever reason, and the other wall is too far away to jump/dash to as far as I can tell. There's a spiked roof strategically placed to prevent this, I think. It's possible I just need to git gud, though.
