I log my druid to heal dungeons sometimes when I completely plastered and have never had problems. It's pretty comfy for me, maybe you just need to be more anticipatory of the groups' needs.

You eventually get to know which fights hit the tanks harder, and eventually even what packs specifically.

Pretty much self-explanatory. I've been keeping up with all of the drama, and frankly it's all a bunch of bullshit. Firstly, nobody outside of this small minority on Reddit has any idea that there's a bunch of people pissing and moaning about anything aside from random DCs. They're all in game having fun, which is the whole point of this concept in the first place so props to them for not letting emotional whim-worship needlessly ruin their vanilla experience.

Secondly, the fact that this level of quality is delivered free of charge is fucking fantastic, and I for one consider Elysium to be an improvement upon Nost. (Gasp! Sacrilege!) For instance, world PvP, one of the very finest aspects of vanilla WoW, was an absolute joke on Nost considering the fact that any characters around you wouldn't be zoned in until they were literally dead in your face. What the hell kind of a world PvP experience does that make for? I'll tell you: utter shit... I kept hearing about how this would improve toward end-game, but it was the same thing the whole fucking time. In addition, random DCs--obviously a pet peeve of many--were the same, if not worse than Elysium (if memory serves me correct).

Also, for the people that actually played vanilla when it was retail back in 2004-2005, I'm sure plenty of you know first-hand that gold buying was rampant and went largely unpunished, whereas Elysium has been very strict with enforcing bans upon those that choose to buy gold. (I'm in no way trying to encourage this behavior, but, for the sake of proving a point, I highly doubt that those who disagree about the stringent nature of Elyisum's anti-gold buying enforcement would have the confidence to put their theory to the test!) This shit is free!

Sounds reasonable. I don't think you get rage if you use heroic strike so you only get the bonus damage (which is quite small amount anyways) and lose both the rage used + rage that would've been otherwise generated. Sunder is an extra attack and lowers target's armor.
