Yeah many quinns are too stupid to break ulting in assassination patterns. In teamfights quinn often can do better if they just autoattacking like generic ADC. Same for jhins trying ulting targets that are second away from reaching them.

I'm looking to expand my champion pool and was looking at Jarvan as a top laner. Initially he strikes me as some sort of a carry but he ends up feeling like a shitty Camille or something I still think he can probably work as a carry maybe but I'm thinking tank Jarvan with IBG/Sunfire as core and utilizing Q/E combo to mess up fights. Like if you land the Q on someone you just insta shred 26 % of their armor and that's pretty good, and then you probably stay alive for long enough to get another Q off to keep their armor shredded. Thoughts on Jarvan?

That's not a game where you should have picked j4 in the first place. He is a specific counter against unmobil threats like kogmaw and can catch several people inside an ult instead pushen everyone else back for wombo combos. Camille just has a much more overloaded kit in terms of stats
