You know, I liked one thing about Xros Wars and Hunters.

While taking out levels pained me, I liked how Evolution was called temporarily accessing a future form. Especially with how Shoutmon looked different, closer to OmegaShoutmon form, in Hunters. Digimon lore and trivia always seems to indicate they slowly came into their next forms either as result of training, modification or the like and it's just the final result that gets classified, once it's sufficiently different. At least it feels like after changing sufficiently the proper Digivolution happens. Hence why Shoutmon's body being slowly changed by maturing and such, I found interesting.

Digimon evolution usually also felt as if they were result of said species evolving towards certain direction and in quite a bit of cases we see Dramon Digimon, like Agumon line, looking at first as if they just focused on physical improvements before they got into technology which they perfected with Wargreymon.

I guess I just like the idea of Digimon actually accessing or CREATING a specific form by achieving visible changes or modification on the way there

Yes, for a perfect. Typically, Perfect levels are the "go beyond parameters to extend life and power beyond what can be reached normally" so there are many which are cyborgs, undead, hugely asymmetrical, tiny ultra-dense balls or otherwise strange. Ultimate levels are usually more contained and able to regulate their own existence. A Lilithmon of twisted living clothes, dead flesh, and having her big arm exposed would less in common with other Ultimates. I think the term for this is "bishonen line".

Lilithmon does have an odd, slightly larger arm. Her two shoulder bat wings and lack of material on shoulders resemble the shoulder "demon" LadyDevimon has but more cohesive and on both sides. I can't vouch for her pant legs though, because her DigiXros version shows that these are super long "boots" or Garterbelt. She doesn't have facemask or eyemask, red eyes or white skin though but with what she has and the robe she feels more like Royalty, an Empress or Queen. I get what they were going for but compared to Ophanimon from Angewomon it does feel different. I mean, Devimon and Angemon have similar body shape and seem like counterparts. LadyDevimon and Angewomon have that counterpart theme even as Gatomon, due to BlackGatomon existing. I guess Ophanimon Falldown mode could serve as LadyDevimon's evolution to mirror regular Ophanimon?

Kinda. I guess with the way the leveling went I wouldnt have had the patience to evolve all of them. First time I played I just had Guilmon evolve into whatever seemed strongest at the moment, while the other two were dead weight. Next time I tried training Patamon and Kumamon up. It took an insane amount of time and they are still lagging behind Guilmon. On the bright side I now have a healer/Caster Seraphimon and some gameplay technical abomination, which is bulky as hell mostly centered on magic (Thanks Renamon line) while barely having any MP.
While I´d like to get Beelzemon, grinding Guilmon up like 3 times to 99, seems a bit extreme.

The cap is 26 with the tamer skills, you must lack the final one, but usually you dont get all the 24/26 points if you go with digimon than are beyond mega (like omegamon), and if you go with them as intraining you usually dont get much either (better use the gym for that), but for rookie/champion/ultimates you get full gain agaisnt anything in the dimensions, so if you go with a mega than can one shot shit like the Paildramon/Doumon/Krisalimon than appear in the first few rooms in the dimension, you can get a rookie to 4-6k easly before evolving, and only doing the gym when you cannot go to dimension and you have the foods boost from seraphimon (or if you have enough money just buy the one than give the most raw stats with the maxed restaurant and go kill platinumnumemon at infinity cauldron until the next day and go to dimension again)

Millenniummon's used over Beelzemon if you were able to get the eggs before the event ended. But they're useful only in a scenario against a DATA boss like Baihumon. Examon's good against Vaccine bosses like Ebonwumon. But other than that, most bosses are Virus types, so everyone's going to use Alphamon or MAYBE Susanoomon.

Technically, you can use any digimon, but the goal is to get the most damage so you can get the best shit, so the current Jogress meta leaves the entire boss arena filled with Millenniummons, Alphamons, and Susannoomons. And Examons in the case of the Ebonwumon raid boss.

Millenniummon will probably get used more once Moon=Millenniummon and ZeedMillenniummon come around. I wonder if they'll be jogresses with something or burst modes.
