Honestly I think the scuttle crab for first mark doesn't really matter, both scuttle and big raptor had near the same risk cause Kindred loses every 1v1 in the jungle now unless they're playing something stupid like galio jungle.
Just required 2 or 3 autos and smite to kill off the old raptor if marked and scuttle, now it's scuttle only but that could inherently be a nerf if you die trying for your very first mark, cause scuttles spawn every 3 minutes so if the jungler gets the one you were going for after killing you than the one botside, that's no mark for 3 minutes unless you gank with machete/talisman.


Think the biggest changes in her passive buffs is the 3 minute CD on marked targets wearing off after being taken from 5 mins and instead of 70 seconds to mark a jungle monster 50 seconds are the biggest buffs. A lot more opportunities to switch off targets
Than if kindred got fed with 8+ marks before 20/35 minutes,she now can get herald/elemental drags

I think they will turn him into a toplane tank instead of a midlaner, replace his passive with a meme minigame one, give his old passive the Ryze treatment and make is skills scale with MR, make a new W and move his old one to his ult and maybe rework his E into a movespeed boost that leaves a windtrail behind him so he can initiate better, I'm not sure what they could do to his Q.
