When the notice pops up, 10 minutes afterwards log onto the alt so you can bid on the item. You don't have to sit on the alt.

Get pre-enhanced grunil if you can but these days it mostly goes to preorder. I think you're better off building your own set anyway, since you'll need to get your head around the enhancement system once you start getting boss gear which should be your aim.

For weapons, go for Liverto/Yuria, whichever you can afford. Kzarka is your aim here again. For the offhand, I'd say build up a Quitar kunai for the accuracy. You'll eventually want to build an AP offhand and a DP one if you plan on doing larger scale PvP. Nouver and Kutum will fill these roles.

You can get away with using anything really but Grunil is always in demand so you can sell it once you get boss gear to replace it. Building a set of Heve is also an option as it complements boss gear nicely and it's good to build failstacks with.

Best advice I can give is don't try to rush it.

It's about getting as much money from you as they can as quickly as possible.

Because they know you will realize how shit the game is eventually, it might take a month, it might take two, but this game, it turns a large portion off within the first month or so, they want to make sure you'll drop some money on things like weight or pets before you quit, and that way they got more from you than they otherwise would have.

It's all about them not being confident in their player retention capabilities.

but as it is just look for one and laugh at how useless she is, I was grinding at sausans yesterday and she kept jumping to groups and like using all her skills and moving to the next without killing, their hp was barely dented, like 15-30% at most.

People will tell you they get good when they get a bajillion AP, but that's like true for any class. They look great, but honestly they don't bring anything to the table besides their AP buff, the cooldowns are long, her mobility is restricted, the ratios are subpar, I wish they had something to offer to level mine but I haven't found any redeeming qualities.

To the east of Velia, if you climb right above the goblin cave there's a few large groves. To the south of Velia there's a village in the mountains that you can connect nodes to. It's pretty comfy. I'm planning on exploring the mountains to the southwest of olvia soon. I always thought they looked cozy in that little pocket.
