That's 7K life points to summon two link monsters and a random rank 6 or lower and one of those monsters is nothing but a 2600 beatstick. There is more broken stuff in the game currently without a single limit on it.
There are more broken shit currently that is legal.
Even if you aren't stupid and use Missus instead of Decode Talker because Talker gives your opponent a zone to use that's still 6K for not much in the grand scheme of things.
Plus you have to have a completely dedicated extra deck to this one card out of 40. You have to waste 6 of your slots on fusions at least 3 on link monsters giving you wiggle room of a grand total of 6 cards.
Zoodiacs do more bullshit with links than Scientist does with less dedication.

Snow is a tech I stole from some overlord who topped with it recently. Basically, it can add extra chains for Accumulated Fortune or Chain Strike, stall when you don't open your battle traps, and my favorite thing, clear the board for Balance of Judgement. Drawing 4+ off that card is just too powerful.

Paleos clog, the only disruption I want to do to my opponent is Ojama (prevent summoning + 1500 more burn off Desserts), Quaking/Blazing MF (give him dead monsters that give me more burn/blow his board and burn him) and Ring of Destruction (burn). Chain links only matter for Strike, which is limited to 2 and unsearchable.
