>Components suck compared to Trinity components
Having a Sheen in lane is so much better than a Pickaxe or Blasting Wand, also Rageblade components are singular, so if I back with only 700 gold and not 850ish, I can only get daggers. I can't complete a major component

Rageblade is pretty bad if your stacks fall off, and you need to constantly attack minions to keep your stacks up, which will push the wave hard. Later on in teamfights, it's easier to get CC'd and drop your stacks
>Doesn't fit well into Jax's build
Jax NEEDS Trinity. I've tried to play him with and without Trinity, Trinity is essential every game. He also wants a lifesteal item (either gunblade or bork). After this, he wants tanky. Rageblade puts Jax in awkward spot where he will have no tank items for a while.

So yeah, there's a variety of reasons Rageblade isn't built on Jax much even though on-paper it looks good. I will say though Rageblade early game does a shit ton of damage, and will let you easily win prolonged 1v1, but it's a risky item. If you want it, it's better to get it later on, around 4th or 5th item

If you're gonna play mid, pick some safe champs with guaranteed farm and focus on staying in lane and not dying. 99% of the time you'll be playing against kat/zed/leblanc, so if you just don't die to them, they'll eventually tilt off their ass and either suicide trying to dive you, or go bot where you can ping them to safety.

Ryze and Viktor are both solid. Xerath is good if you can land your skillshots. Heimerdinger is also fantastic since most silver players have no fucking idea how to deal with him.

immediately attack 1 melee minion once
attack another melee minion twice
then wait and harass enemy but DON'T hit minions or you'll mess it up and 2 minions will be dying at the same time
last hit the minions as they get low

after the first wave focus on whatever minion your caster minions focus
save your auto attack cooldown when minions are close to dying


if your auto attack is on cooldown use an ability to last hit

if you mess up good try but try again
be patient

As an adc main, playing champs like cass, yasuo and fiora convinced me to never play adc again.

I can play adc almost perfectly mechanically, but my team is constantly getting caught or initiating poorly despite me being 2x stronger than the enemy adc.

Its so much easier to win games playing a solo lane.

I wish I hadn't gone up those stairs. I should've stayed at the bottom and let some other poor bastard make the discovery.

But how could I ignore that godawful noise? That low, dull wailing, fitfully punctuated with high-pitched screams of grief. I couldn't bear it, and so I climbed the stairs. The pictures on the wall told nothing out of the ordinary: your average friendly bro-op photo. But of course, these had all been taken years ago, back before Yiliang had to go away.

In the later pictures you could already see the dark and troubled expressions clouding his face. And then, after a point, there were no pictures. The most recent photo was dated nearly 3 years ago. Its frame was smashed and judging from the dent in the wall, it looked like somebody had thrown it with tremendous anger. It was the most recent picture of them. The last one taken before Zaqueri was taken to the hospital.

As much as I tried to convince myself that this was just a normal domestic row, I knew in my heart that I... I wouldn't be ready for what lay behind that door.

And then I saw him. crouched over his body, blood everywhere. Up his arms. On the bed. Splattered across the wall and flecked across his face. His limbs jutted out at broken angles, and his face... oh christ, his face. If it hadn't been their house, I wouldn't have known it was him. And there he was, just bawling his eyes out, still clutching the bloodied bronze statue, his face beetroot-red with rage, grief and bloody frenzy. Trying his best to push his mangled face back into some semblance of order, trying to smooth out the creases in his jersey with his fumbling fingers.
