if you have 50 lethality & LW and a level 18 opponent has 50 base armor & 200 bonus armor, you'd reduce 10 base armor & 40 bonus armor, then LW would reduce bonus armor by 72, bringing the total to 40 + 88

if it reduced base armor, it would take off 50 base armor and LW would take off 90 bonus armor, leaving the total to be 0 + 110, or 18 armor less.

When attacking, armor penetration and armor reduction are considered in the following order:[1]

1. Armor reduction, flat
2. Armor reduction, percentage
3. Armor penetration, percentage
4. Lethality

flat armor pen seems to be calculated first, but lethality is last, for some odd reason, so I guess it doesn't matter which type of armor is penetrated by lethality unless I'm missing some very odd interactions
