Stalwart is the trooper's creation armour, which was released years ago for direct sale, with all other classes' creation armour except the Knight (released as the Resolute Guardian much later in the Force Alliance pack, don't ask me why). It seems they forgot about this when they decided to give the Phalanx set exactly the same model.
This isn't even the first time Bioware has mixed up armour sets. For Synthweaving, the Grades 4 through 8 sets look the same as Aegis as as Force-Expert. You have to reverse-engineer the blue Force-Expert stuff in order to get the Consular/Inquisitor style.

That's the thing, the non-force classes might've been overpowered by Vaylinn but they should've been a match or a struggle for Arcann. The weakest of the four is Smuggler, and with the way they repeatedly fuck Lady Luck they would've lasted a while while fighting dirty like Agent. Agent with their training, experience, and absolute apathy to any sort of combat decorum would not play fair against Arcann better than Smuggler. Same with Trooper though they'd have more ordnance to play with. Hunter despite being a walking armoury and possibly force-resistant/strong willed gets bodied just as easily.

I always imagine the non force users would have been better served by having their fights be cut scenes where they can charge Arcann and make it a hand to hand thing where lightsabers can't be used. Maybe, remember one of the things Arcann salvaged in the first chapter was the Marr's computer so he has some files on your exploits. Nothing extensive but it might give him an idea. The real ace for Agent is their rather inclusive poison element. Half the explanations for their poisons paint said element to be real fucking nasty and corrosive. That'd divert his force usage to not just combating the internal but external affects.
