Raider beats lawbringer in a fight, but I don't think he's any better against the rest of the cast, they may as well be in the same tier. Just let zerker be D and raider be F or F+, he's definitely closer to lawbringer's league than raider's.

OK, so i'm a type of player who enjoys parrying and punishing with GB attacks a lot, i've been playing LB and he's been fun, but i'm curious, can I play Orochi with this style of play, obviously attacking more but still mostly focusing on parrying?

As a PK I've been GB by most classes on the backdash. I think Valk's is particularly long too.

I know for sure that the sprinting GB that PK has is a special move and it does have a long range.

Also IDK if other classes have this but I've been doing the Heavy attack into GB a lot and I'm loving it.

He literally has no tools to initiate whatsoever. His specialty moves are either unsafe to perform or don't actually confirm anything for him. All he has are arguably better options off of a parry. Except those options are easily countered unless you parry a light attack, are easily countered under all circumstances if the opponent has a debuff resist helmet, and it's harder to parry things in the first place because he changes guard positions up to 4x slower than other characters.

In the case of who is the worst, why does anyone even attempt to compare anything to lawbringer?
EVERY class has confirmation damage or combos that deal at LEAST a heavy hit worth of damage. Lawbringer has NOTHING besides a light attack off long arm.

Parry ? Only leads into light slap or GB. Everything else can be blocked/parried.
Parry > Top heavy unblockable? They can literally take 1 step to the side and it misses because it takes too long for it to land and they recover fast enough
Shove? Combos into literally nothing. You can tech the GB and parry any attack he throws out
Parry > Light slap? Does fuck all damage and they can just heal it off
GB > Heavy? Only way to confirm a heavy amount of damage and the combo ends there.
Shove > Literally ANYTHING can be countered

Not to mention his attacks are so slow they can be reactively parried extremely easily. His combo moves rely on throwing heavy attacks into the chain so basically it goes
>Light bonk> parried
And that's the end of the combo.
Or

As far as I can tell, GB only checks range at the start of the animation. If you're in range then you'll connect the GB attempt. If they're dodging then you'll get pulled along with them.

GB is supposed to counter dodging, and it would do a pretty shit job of that if you could just dodge GB's.
