First of all, I would like to ask about the crew skill in Air. How important is to have maxed out Stamina, Vitality or G-Resistance?

Also, is there a keybind which would allow me to switch between weapons in planes. I don't want to have separate keybinds for MGs, Cannons or Outer Cannons. Is it possible to set up single buttom which would switch the gun composition for left mouse click?

G-Res is very important, Vitality will let you outright survive 20mm pilot snipes by several shots when you max it

Don't do any of the repair ones, they're almost completely useless.
Don't do any of the gunner ones except vitality. ai gunners are complete trash, you'll need to shoot manually if you want rear guns to do anything.

Maxed G-res allows you to pull 6g turns infinitely (up from 5), while stamina maxed allows you to hold a turn for almost a second longer, and allows you to start turning again a little over 2s faster.
