In my experience, Yasuo is 50/50. He'll either carry like a god or eat shit while flashing his mastery. The latter usually ends up on your team. I don't think I've ever seen a Yasuo do "okay". It's weird, he's either 22/3 or 4/12.

I don't think he's broken, but he's not exactly in need of buffs. He's an ez lane as characters like Orianna or Ahri mid, just keep track of his shield cd and you'll be fine against him. The shield is the biggest deal for me, and that's easily mitigated by ranged attacks and/or mobility. It's a bit trickier if he's top but I see Yasuo top way less than mid. That's usually where my lane feeds come to think of it. I honestly have more trouble with Veigar than Yasuo personally. That little nigger shits damage.

Different strokes for different folks though, your experience won't necessarily follow mine.
