I recken the Panopticon was supposed to be online. One: there are a lot of cells you can see and a lot of areas for cells but only one is used, where it online everyone would have their own cell. Two: entering your cell would disconnect you from the Panopticon so you can do stuff, and that's why leaving your cell isn't as simple as changing areas because it would need to sync you.

I have a lot more observations about content that I suspect didn't get to be put Freedom Wars. I probably won't be bothered posting them all here.

I don't think starting with the hard difficulty on MeiQ is the right choice. If I'm too long in the starting area mapping enemies come and kill my guardian way too fast and one character doesn't actually do too much damage or can take it. Is it supposed to be like this or am I missing something?

I don't know if it's possible, I'm just saying I started with hard, and it sucked. The only things I managed to kill consistently were those octopus and the slimes. The dog things killed me, the bats especially killed me, I get to the boss and he super kills me and it says I have only a 3% chance to beat it. What the hell?

For MeiQ, stay on hard until you reach the first boss and switch back to normal. Same with the second boss.

The game is actually horribly balanced at the start, but after the first two bosses it evens out.
