Someone steals all the mined/leaked/cracked shit pretty much the instant its posted and shoves it over to reddit. The r-101 webm was up 10 seconds before someone made a reddit post about it.

Anybody else feel like the player count is just too low for a lot of gamemodes? Like we get these big open maps to play on, and then there's only 5 enemies to shoot at on the whole thing. You spend most of your time just trying to find your opponent like a needle in a haystack.

I use a bit rate calculator. Plug in your video length, and target size, and it can tell you your maximum bitrate. Use that in webm for retards to get decent quality. Reducing resolution can help too. Bit rate really determines file size, but lower resolution can help you be more efficient.

I've found just standing your ground as Northstar is the best you can do. If Ronin is rushing you just charge and land shots while you can, he can't block any of the damage. A lot of them will walk at you with Sword Block up because they don't realize this so take advantage of that and crit while you can.

Had a 5 ronin vs. 5 northstar the other day on complex. The only time the ronins actually made it close was sacrificing up one of themselves to clear out the tethers we threw around the entrance to dockside spawn and phase dashing past as many of the cluster missiles as they could and still me and my 2 buds were left standing.
Maybe the enemy team sucked or me and my buds carried or complex is a really good map for this but it just seemed extraordinarily onesided in northstar's favor.

Thats a pisston of reloading for what will amount to 1-3 kills at most before a fully fueled and prepped aircraft has to fly back to fuck-knows-where for a full reload or to pull out for some poor jockey to do the job by hand onboard.

What I don't get is why the fuck we aren't just shoving shit like charge rifles and/or SMR gunmounts on the sides of evacuation ships that 5 titans have to hammer at to take it down when stationary. Seriously if we had a few of those as air support that actually fucking moved titans would be obsolete.

Start the match by waiting a couple seconds, then use a grapple sweep (there's a good spot on either side) to throw yourself at lightspeed to the back of the far side, often fast enough they don't see you (no high jumps; skim the ground)
Throw down a smoke nade just before you hit the far wall
Hide behind the smoke and meme on them from behind with spitfire, using the threat optics to see through the smoke.
I consistently do stupidly well with this.

Also, use smoke nades to block off sightlines as much as possible

You CAN go fast and use grenadier, but it is just not practical and I almost always anchor attempting it

Idk man. I started playing TF2 during a free play weekend a few months ago. I never really played the first one, so I jumped in treating it like CoD. It was immediately fun and I didn't feel like I got stomped at all by people.
Now of course I go fast and I've realized there's a lot of potential for getting very good at this game, but at its core it's similar enough to CoD that it can be picked up easily. I doubt fasts are really turning people away.

I played BO3 in between TF1 and 2, it was serviceable. Wasn't the fastest game but there was plenty of room for style and the movement options worked ok. The only real problem was the stupid slot machine crates and how a certain SMG never got nerfed.

People will strafe or back up into them if they're distracted, so they can help you out in a fight, even if you miss the direct shot.
