Yeah it's strange, I'm kind of in your boat, but I did add a few people on here. Some people here have really good taste like grailing their ROMA to level 100 (the berserker one) and other silly things. Those type of people are just enjoying the game and they seem fun to just add.
But I have a lot of nips adding me, and I sometime keep track of them, like they would have okay servants at first. And then every event they get the limited event servant, and I realized that they became a whale somewhere along the way.

I don't have any problem with the Break mechanic. At worst it means I have to sit on a full NP gauge for a turn or two until I whittle down the last of a HP bar. It's not that big of a deal, it just means I can't just mindlessly spam NPs.

I think the BREAK system is fine desu but there should be a limit on how obnoxious the enemy can be under them. Like the last doggo fight is pretty close to hell with his attack debuff, RNG strong attack, evasion pierce, instant death chance, AND you can't even oneshot him.

Sure it's only one bar, but then 2 bars Moriarty(with a helper) exist and I began to dread how much more annoying some enemies can be in chapters to come.

I definitely like it now that we mostly have no idea what's coming aside from an Apo event, Proto event, Extra event and a few other stragglers from the datamine.

Instead of bullshit mechanics, DW could just improve the AI to determine who your main threat is and focus on them. But that would require actual effort.

Because you used nero event as an example, where the difficulty came from having many servants to fight. The break gauge, in terms of oneshotting, as you forgot this part, is very similar to a second wave. Even more so if future breaks cause the servant to change. This is exactly the same factor what made nero challenge difficult. Instead of 6 or 9 enemies in one battle like in nero event which you put on a pedestal, you can have 3 servants with 2 or 3 break gauges, their behaviour changing after each break.

Not really. I found quite a lot to be fun actually. Hercules wasn't all that difficult, but he wasn't a complete cakewalk for me either. Medb was pretty fun, and I think it was Sumenai who also had a pretty need buff. These were all bosses that used lore to make them more of a challenge, and for the most part, were not completely beaten by one-shot buster gorrillas either. They were a step in the right direction, at least.

The last bit is just you missing the point yet again. Also, their behaviour hardly changed after each break. Not all, at least.
