I try to be as accommodating as I can, but it's a bit awkward asking what nationality they are (especially in ahelps) so I just have to wait for them to post about it in OOC. It makes me really nervous when I don't know what accent to put on, as if I'm being judged for having a bad one or for being too dumb to know theirs. The power from that room leads to the trio of SMES units to the north/northwest in engineering proper. You have to set those, as those are a bottleneck for the power that actually goes to the rest of the station.

The amount of power produced relies largely on how much plasma is in the plasma tanks that are in the radiation collectors. This also determines how long the power is collected without needing maintenance (refilling). Making sure to fill every tank with at least a default canister of plasma will last all of an average round.

Yes, you've done a few things wrong.

One, the pipes you replaced in the upper right of the room are regular pipes by the looks of them, you should've used insulated pipes to preserve the coldness of the gasses inside to cool the central shard chamber.

Also, there's no reason to replace that many of the pipes near the freezers. Just plop a 4-way insulated under the rightmost freezer, and connect it to the tiles leading to the piping further right with plain insulated piping.

The volume pump to push plasma from that canister is good, though.

Also, you don't need anywhere near that many HE pipes in the central shard chamber.

All you have to do is remove one of the defualt unary vents, say the rightmost one (multitool, reset, use air alarm to switch it off, then unwrench it), and just replace with an HE junction.

If you want the central chamber to remain cool even if you pile on more and more emitters, two more HE pipes in there can accomodate like 6 more emitters worth of heat production, if not more.
