How do the quest cards work? Do you get the card forever or do you need to do the quest every single game?

If it's forever, Amara is literally a power creeped Reno. Power creped to hell and back. If you need to finish the quest every single time, then it's kinda mech. 7 Deathrattle minions is pretty hard to pull of if you're not playing a N'Zoth deck. So basically literally impossible in Aggrostone: Aggros of Aggrocraft.

I think deathrattle fits all 3 of those classes and they shouldn't limit it just to one of them.
Rogue can use them to gain value by combing them with their temo class.
Priest can heal them and buff their health meaning they can add stronger deathrattle minions with negative effects, like Zombie or Deathlord.
Hunter uses them nicely by having sticky beasts making it harder to clear the board which always threatens a buff card to make the tokens strong.

A turn 1 Voidwalker with a follow up can actually win you games against Warrior. Against Miracle Rogue just play aggressively.

Don'y play around board clears at all. It's not worth it. Unless you're in an insane lead and losing your board might cost you the victory. If it's a close call, risking the board is better. If they don't have a clear, they have minions, meaning you can't allow them to gain the board advantage. But you should obviously think about them. If they Shaman didn't play any minions for 2 turns, he obviously has a clear so don't overcommit, but still put enough pressure.

Defender of Argus would be a nice tech card but I don't know what I would remove. Mortal Coil is the least "zoo" card in there, but it's a good early game tech against pirates.

Pyros is complete shit, but it has the Elemental tag.
