I did the option in MCC to increase number of allowed visitors for the lots but that didn't work. So I tried a super old mod on MTS that a lot of people said was broken that used to work great, and it looks like it's indeed broken. Maybe there was an option in MCC I missed.

Nicely cluttered houses are always a joy. I would spend hours putting houses together for Skyrim and never actually playing them in game. I would do the same for Sims but the game is a bit more limiting as far as placement goes.
