This is the most aggravating shit I've ever seen in Oblivion. I've waited and checked in during every hour of the day multiple times, and Athragar refuses to sell me any spells. He offers training, but no spells. The problem being that he's the only source in the game for 90% of the useful conjuration spells. I have no mods that would touch him. I'm 980ti. Not that it helps here, I averaged about 17 frames. Its lovely, but the optimization is terrible. I've never built a wordspace before, but I suspect its the clutter that makes it lag so much. I recommend it if you want to explore, but expect to turn off your enb until it comes time for a picture.

Are there any mods that de-level the world by dungeon type? It seems like most of them just do it by zones, or assign each dungeon some random level, but I don't like that. It makes it too hard to predict how difficult a dungeon will be before going in.

For example, I'd want something like Bandits < Draugr < Falmer < Dwemer. All bandit dens would be roughly the same difficulty and level, with some variance. Same for the rest.
