Realistically though? Nightborne would have made a good neutral race for Legion, but adding them after Legion makes no sense. Anything that they do add will tie directly into the expansion that it is added with and probably make zero sense lore-wise outside of the expansion.

So far all we've fought of the Void Lords are the Old Gods which are more or less like what the keepers are to the Pantheon. Void Lords are so powerful they made Sargeras shit himself and turn on everyone he knew. Meanwhile we've already killed several fel lords, so I don't know what you're on. Elemental Lords also can only be killed on their own plane, which we've done, that doesn't mean much.

I like world pvp, but camping hellheim where there's only one gy that you instant spawn at and can't run to your body and hide before ressing is cancer. Just a bunch of 110s spamming aoe and instant killing anything below 110 that spawns before they can move.

But that's the point of the Legion. They've been going around destroying tainted titan seeds. The races of Azeroth are the only reason ours isn't dead yet. So either they'd have to introduce a host of other races from these other infected world souls, or the story goes that we've spelled our own demise by stopping the legion, and now we're on our own to fight the titan seed inside Azeroth. Besides, Azeroth == Azathoth, they aren't being very sneaky about it. Literally the final boss.

Illidan was originally just a night elf who was really good at killing demons, he got a few of the powers that come with being a demon hunter after being "blessed" by sargeras, even after that though he was just a night elf with fucked up eyes

he became a half demon and unlocked metamorphosis after absorbing the skull of gul'dan

for him demon form is a thing he can switch on/off permanently as he chooses because of the special conditions he got his powers from
