I'll concede this point, and add that the Gem Bonuses from leveling-up characters and advancing Ranks can offset bad luck.

But at a certain point, those dry-up as resources and you're left with tapping light poles and trash cans twice a day for paltry scraps. I guess there's also the odd Lv.40 LD chest with 1 to 10 gems in it, but then you hafta' worry about Keys running out.

Ultimately, working for 1.5 hours for $30 and trading that in for packs seems more time-efficient to me.

Only canon thing in Yugioh is the Manga and new Movie. Everything else are spin off

Yugioh manga and anime canons are completely different throughout all series from the original to the lates. In GX most characters don't even use the same decks in the manga and anime outside the Cyber guy.

The most prominent difference is Pegasus' death in the original manga canon at the end of Duelist Kingdom. The writers kept him alive in the anime canon, and future series like GX and 5D's continue using the anime continuity where Pegasus survives.

The manga aren't as closely connected to each other, but Yugioh R is directly tied to the manga canon where Pegasus dies. The manga continuity in general has been mostly ignored until the latest movie but interestingly Duel Links Pegasus follows the manga design with blue eyes. Anime Pegasus had brown eyes

This is basically a dino deck that doesn't rely on a field spell to win
I'm still missing two jelly beans and a third order to charge could be useful maybe.
It works really well against combos. Parasites mean that it's harder for the opponent to get their key cards and order to charge easily gets rid of relinquished, suijin, daedalus and the like

I can see that. for starters, having blue eyes with no way of summoning him quickly is really bad (token or sea horse kaiser etc). you have a couple of good beaters 1600+ but you are focusing way too much on the normal monster and card draw theme. replace some of those with good effect monsters and better spells traps. honestly the only good spell you run is order to charge

is saying you're on the right track to a kog level deck. take out the effect monsters and the blue eyes. run all normal monsters, add another order to charge.

replace shallow grave white elefant and both banners with ass saving cards like michizure maybe javelin. if you feel like you need BoC to beat other monsters you'd be better off with Sogen. and a deck full of normal beast warrior and warrior type so they keep the atk boost on your opponents turn.

I feel like I'm missing something but thats all I can think of atm.
