Yeah it's annoying for sure, keys are free and get enough to evo units you care about anyway. I have a window open to the raid schedule they have so I kinda make sure to be on for when the boss I need rotates in since and since they're up for 2-3 hours usually you can make it most of the time.

My verdict on Girls Tribe is that it's not worth the time at all. Maybe if they were a bit more generous but once you finish story you'll have next to 0 gem sources. And the gacha being a complete jew normally with weapons in it doesn't help it's case either.

Don't have to play it for that long to see how jew it is. One 10roll of their shit gacha is 500 gems and there's no discounts. 1 quest gets you 5 gems, every 25 or so story quests gets you another 10. Once you finish story you can do a 10 roll like once every 2 months from dailies and the handful of event quests they add.

The best reroll times is to wait til the gacha that is like 3 rolls for 300 gems with a guaranteed 3* or above rolls around. And the easiest way to do it is to just set a nox macro to reroll for you.

So for the most part TB Hiso Bar 46 was pretty much the waste of time people expected of it, only going over everything we already know since 24h for 95% of the time. The remaining 5% were the reveal of Djugan^ - who is kind of neat on the one hand, while making the lack of Macuri^ even more apparent on the other.

The short art stream before the Bar already revealed Kirin/Dracorin^ (I suppose Sakaguchi is on fire now, that he's allowed to draw/design stuff), as well as Nazuna^. The existence of the latter probably won't surprise either and probably explains why she isn't in 4.6 yet, if they're still not completely done designing her.

i got bored and dropped shironeko and one piece after 2 weeks, ive been playing starly since launch and still find it fun. i think the difference is how fast you max shit out in onepece or shiro youd have a character hit level cap in 2-3 days then it just becomes pointless grinding/auto battle. with starly its been 2 months and none of my girls are near maxed. still feel like progress is being made even though its the same grinding the same level over and over again. the other thing is current starly seems balanced for non whales. you dont need a full party of max rarity units to progress. you just need appropriately leveled units. the girls not having rarities is nice you can actually use units you like instead of thes 6 girls are ss ranked on some jap tier list thats the team you have to use.

i think the biggest thing that makes starly fun to me is that everything is situationally useful. theres no low rarity weapon or girl thats straight up vendor trash even though it has great art. in other games 1-3 star means eternal box cheerleader which isnt true in starly. permadeath and the fact things can go horribly wrong in an instant add an edge that makes battles exciting.

Shiho similarly has a low combo requirement but unlike Kurumi, her skill only hits one wave. I wouldn't fret about Kurumi since it doesn't sound like you can use her for her full e-sports potential, unless you really like other aspects of her. I know I almost rolled again seeing Michelle when checking combo requirements on the gacha page. I resisted, but maybe you'll get lucky. Otherwise it's your money.

it keeps things interesting unlike fire emblem or other mobages where if you make the same moves with the same units you are guaranteed to win. in starly you could be doing everything perfectly the cpu gets its head out of its ass and attacks something thats not the tank. you win the battle with a heavily damaged mech then have to make a judgment call to risk death and continue or play it safe head back and heal up. at the same time you could do everything perfectly take zero damage and continue on. it feels rewarding to perfect a stage since taking damage has real consequences. if something blows up and takes 3 real hours to repair that sucks. but it wont stop you from playing since every mech is viable you can stick the lucky pilot in a bteam mech and keep playing while the best mech repairs. unless she died in which case you pay money or cry as the girl you spent weeks leveling floats away in a space casket.
permadeath isnt that big of a deal either its in the game but there are plenty of ways to prevent it.

it does feel like high rarity items are better. your not going to feel a huge difference at low levels. its not like other games where you pull a 5 star sword and wreck shit with it instantly.theres a upgrade system which limits how strong a mech/weapon is you also need a leveled pilot to fully utilize the mech. as a noob it wont be easy to get the items needed to upgrade higher rarity items. theres a natural progression around things. the items needed to upgrade rare weapons are alot harder to get compared to the items needed to upgrade farmable ones so the low ranked farmable weapons stay useful. lets put it this way you can kill with low ranked normal weapons and you can overkill with rares. which is much better than other games where you can only kill with rares and normal weapons arent worth using.
as for the orb situation this game isnt genrous with orbs your opening reroll is what you are going to be using and the rest will be farmables. think you only get like 15 orbs and 1 ticket each 25 days which is enough for like 5 pulls but you want to use those orbs on dock or storage upgrades instead.

Anyone else here playing Crash Fever JP? Game is great but not so well known. It's been around for about a year now and they have decent collabs. Last year saw both SnK and Durara ones, while this year the Miku collab just ended and there is an upcoming meme collab with Battlecats. Game is generous at times but heavily character focused, there isn't a weapon grid like in GBF to build towards to. The character-centric approach is also a big downside because almost every top tier character comes from a limited event gacha, with few exceptions.

The only thing you really reroll in it would be getting bahl over grace since she is probably the best sword in the game when you recode her. Other than that you should save your energy for when they do a z rate up with a guaranteed s or better 10 roll (50 energy), shouldn't really bother rolling on other banners. Not really. TB doesn't have the constant events and limited characters that most mobge do. The events they do have tend to be repeated, so there's a good chance that most of the few event characters you missed will come back. The events generally have portions that even newer players can do, and with the changes to stamina it won't take you a year to catch up to end game, though you obviously won't have the kind of variety to use that experienced players do.

Rerolling isn't really necessary in TB, since most characters are usable, even the lowest rank B adventurers. In fact, there are some really good A's and B's. There's also the fact that you can remove characters from the gacha outright if you grind their skill boost to 100%, or luck to 100. Even if you do want to reroll, it's not that bad.

Not really most events are made for everyone, people who have been playing forever will probably keep running them to skill boost/luck boost a unit that drops, but pretty much everyone benefits and they are not usually too tough. Not to mention that the addition of the luck system back in September or something was like a reset for everyone.

I think my favorite part about TB is when you SB a unit to 100% you don't pull it anymore from the SB machine (there is a luck machine as well but don't pull from that you can do the same with luck but it's a lot harder to max out), so you can theoretically complete the energy machine (you also want to complete the free currency machine as well, they have some good units in there like an SS and Z and units like Suoh who recode to be insane).

I played it around release and recently got back into it in late december. Started a new account because I didn't have info left and figured it would be nicer to figure the game out again. Tbh it's friendlier to new players now than it was before, and even then it was pretty friendly. Rerolling doesn't feel that necessary imo. Assuming you have the BWMG unlocked already, there's no point trying to farm those mats unless you can farm vol 12-15 minimum. The amount you get from farming even vol 15-18 is pretty terrible, Ideally you want to do 19-21 in 4 tank groups or 22-24 in 4-6 tank groups.

The BWMG drops for story volumes work like this,

Said nobody ever. The easiest way to get started is to just start playing. If you want to reroll for Bahl that's a 50/50 chance and shouldn't take long. You play the game and do single rolls until you have enough adventurers to fill out a team of 6 without too much overlap. That generally means you want some magic damage, some physical damage and a healer. Amimari covers your healing and either Bahl or Grace gives you a start on damage.

People that reroll for SS/Z characters have the best chance if they do it during the 2 S+ 10-roll draw events, since those have been accompanied by increased Z rates. You really don't need to reroll for Terra Battle, though. The requirements aren't super strict about team composition for most parts of the game. It's only when you get to some of the more endgame stuff that's been added in recent updates that you start to run into very specific requirements. TB isn't a game where everything but the top rarity is trash, and the ability to grind characters out of the gacha means that you have some degree of control over your draw rng.

I got her to 70, then realized the remaining crystals would only get her to 80.

Since they're generic Event crystals and not for this specific card, I figured I'd just hang onto the rest for a future event card instead.

Still did enough meat grinding to collect the rest, and along the way unlocked all of her nodes but one of the bottom skill ones. Which she doesn't really need as a sub, anyway.

At the start of the event, it looked too grindy and I was gonna half-ass it. But once I got to the end for auto meatgrinding, it was easy enough to just start runs while doing other stuff and not pay much attention.

I remember when I was starting out and couldn't figure out why some of my characters weren't getting healed. I'm going to assume you're using Amimari, who starts out with Mega Heal, Chain, 100%.

Mega Heal is the name of the skill, it's a 1st tier healing spell that caps at 700hp, with healing done determined by the magic stat. Chain is a description of the skill's area of effect. In this case, Mega Heal affects everyone connected to her side of the pincer. 100% is the chance for the skill to proc. Chain healing skills all have high chances to proc, so they're reliable even on a brand new character who has 0% skill boost.

So the basic heal only heals characters connected to Amimari. It heals everyone for roughly the same amount, there's no reduction for healing multiple people. If a character is on the other side of the attack chain, or if a character isn't connected to either chain, Mega Heal, Chain will not heal them at all. There are also other healing skills that can heal in a certain area around the character or that can heal everyone, and there is regen, which ticks at the start of the player's turn.

Decided to finally give #Compass a try... and the guilty gear collab is making me fearful for the future of this game. So you can only get collab cards with purchased coins, and you can only get Sol and Dizzy if you roll the pay-2-pull gacha 30 times, and Sol and Dizzy seem strong as fuck.

So you've got a 3v3 game with a pay to win character cashgrab... are all collabs pay-2-fuck like this? Not a fan.

I consider myself "F2P" because I bought the 0.99 cent deal with my Google survey reward balance. But I rerolled for OS Asuna. Got OS Lizbeth and Sinon through story mode/event diamonds. I've only been playing for like less than a week so I don't really know how fun it will be later on as F2P. But this is like my 2nd reroll account I played because my other one had bad luck.

As long as you don't expect to get top 20 in ranked you are fine. NA was an exception this time because everyone dropped their accounts to get back into reroll hell. The scores were so shitty that most #3-10 would have been 80+ in my JP bracket (1.3m score to get into top 30)

Nope, and the starter gacha rolls are complete trash now since NA just skipped tons of gachas to get OS. The only decent ones are Philia (def break), Yuuki (strong SS3 + attack buff), and Seven (holy element healer).

For any OS character you get you should probably do enough story to roll the guaranteed weapon gacha. 151 stones = 22 weapons, 2 4 star minimum.
