Don't "main" any Operators.
Enemies get wise regardless of who you pick if you pick the same op every round, but unlike others Tachanka doesn't have flexibility.
His counter-play is also exceptionally easy to figure out once you know he's in play. All it takes is one enemy picking Capitao and you might as well be playing Kapkan without his traps, and you're running the risk of enemies manning your turret and locking your roamers out of a retake if the point defenders die.

you need to only be able to be seen from one spot, the team has to cover the rest. its preferrable that you have jager's ads near you to prevent grenade attacks and a deployable shield to cover the rest of you. if you're against a wall, make sure they're reinforced. you really only want to focus one area

I am getting constantly buttfucked this season, i might be exaggerating but it feels like 8 out of 10 games i am getting 20-30 lvl teammates who barely understand game mechanics and getting placed against 100+ tryhards showcasing their diamond red crow charms and not making a single mistake.
It's not that i am super good, but managed to get to plat last season on my own.. no one carried me.
The last game i played, every round as attackers 2 of my teammates were getting spawnkilled from the same fucking window by the same fucking guy. This is just got to me, i cant play alone anymore and all my friends i used to play with are very busy or probably dead.

I did! I bought the game at launch, have bought both season passes the moment they came up, I've got a total of around 1800 r6 credits for "free" for playing since launch and buying jew passes AND bought some of them credits on my own as well as the mute pro bundle.

If you have to wait for 5minutes, quit and go back. Sometimes it just gets fucked, but I don't really play casual as its a complete shitshow 100% of the time.
Matchmaking times used to be longer and the results were better with more consistent teams. Now in Ranked you get a match in under a minute and the ranks in the match are all messed up.
I would rather have longer matchmaking times and then get better matches. Games like Dota 2 consistently take 6-8minutes to find a match and it has good matchmaking.
