The first rework however made her infinitely more boring and the only thing shitters cling to is her AP meme build like it was any fun for more than 1 game. The newest version is more impactful and dynamic. Which is what it should be.

Veigar was a rework of necessity since they couldn't make him too strong without gutting every other aspect of his kit with the instant E, the actual 1-shot AP ults, and the point/click Q. His E stopping dashes was a huge buff even if it has a delay.

And fuck off nigger. Up until his rework GP was becoming more and more shit. His entire kit might as well have revolved around his Q even with Wizardplank and shit. His E was negligible outside of the MS buff, ult was hit or miss, and his W was functionally the same (actually better now that it scales with missing health)

He gets a passive. The duration just doesn't refresh against monsters as you would be able to constantly keep it up through the entire jungle clear which would be retarded. It's cooldown is only gated by abilities which your W can proc pretty easily.

And now his W has pretty potent healing even at level 1 and his Q scales harder off total AD than through levels so we're back to E max.

He can very easily be a good jungler.

I play teemo with all attack speed runes, and I build zero greaves, statikk, IE, BT. Plus I max e first. This is the best way to play league.

Around 35%.
You can get that by either runes or the Intelligence mastery (into stormraiders, thunderlords isn't that good on her and windspeaker is for garbage support kayle).
But at least CDR runes are core on her, since usually the only item with CDR she gets is Nashor, sometimes a Lich Bane if you go towards a more splitpush or AP build.

As you may suspect, this change affects a -lot- of different champions, so the testing here will be a bit broad. The bugs on this should be rather limited, probably just a skin missing an animation at worst. Feedback is what is really useful, so here are some questions to think about.

Were you excited to see your champion now has a recall?
Does the recall match your expectation?
Does it meet these rules for the project?

Ruuuuruuus:

Only use existing animations. No new animations will be created.
Absolutely no gameplay animations (spells, attacks, anything).
Absolutely no stealing animations from other skins.
Avoid breaking the recall ring (don't have the champion move too far away).
Look for Champion Personality moments (ie. Amumu crying).
The animation does not need to be 8s long (opt to return to Idle1 for shorter animations).
Trend towards Idle variants (they're seen far less in the game, as you're often not standing still).
Trend away from dances - dancing is already something you do for the animation, so we don't want to double up unless it really fits the champion, or there are no other options.

I'm thinking of commissioning a group portrait of the Black Rose champs. LB, Swain, Vlad, Elise sitting around a miniature model of Noxus, each surrounded by their own type of magic.

-LeBlanc's image will be shimmering, turning into two or three clones. She will be touching the map and a rose vine will be growing from her hand, encircling Noxus reaching towards other cities.

-Swain will be standing in silence, radiating power and mystery and casting two shadows-one on the map, and one on the walls, resembling his raven form.
-Vlad will have one of his fingers dipped into a river, turning it red.
-Elise will be observing from above.

The map will have tiny pawns resembling Sion, Jhin and a bunch of other characters.

Why does no one picks sion? Is it the fact that his cc is dodgeable, especially ult? Because otherwise he's batshit strong and has been for at least a year now. Low cd gigantic shield, aoe damage, spammable aoe stun with decent damage, poke in lane, slow, armor shred, infinity scaling hp. I just had 5k hp in a game, it's basically lmaokai at this point but with shields instead of heals.

Because the only physical damage she does for the Black Cleaver proc is her auto-attacks. Her base AD for triforce is garbage, she doesn't need the clear wave from shiv or the burst since she's DPS. The only ability she has that scales with AD is her Q, which also scales just as well with AP. BoRK is actually a situational item against HP-stacking enemies such as Dr. Mundo and Sion. Against other tanks or to shred even more of the enemies' resistances, she can build Wit's End, since it synergizes with her on-hit from the E and the MR shredding from her passive, while also giving her some more survivability, or a Void Staff for that nice magic penetration. The only crit item you consider for her is Runaan's Hurricane, but only if you think you're going to frequently teamfight.
But it can be fun in a normal game or like pic-related, where my entire team was AP.

My guess it's because of other tanks having much more reliable cc, sion ult is a joke to dodge unless he uses it point blank but then it's just worse malphite ult. Q is fine more or less because you force people to walk out thus wasting time/mobility, or to cc you, and by taking cc you're basically tanking so it's ok. Everyone needs cc a bot dude, just look at lmaokai/naut, they're the same thing only their cc is easier to get off, to be fair it's nowhere near as impactful as sion's endless aoe stuns when you can land them but I guess it's still too easy to dodge for professionals. One can also argue that he lacks a gapcloser, but E+Q can kinda pass for ranged cc/initiation, it has enough range and E gives you enough time to charge your q, most of the time, or you can just press R and charge in the enemies. I'm just surprised that no one even tried to make him work, there bound to be teamcomps that can fit him in, his CC potential might be the best in the game, his tankiness while might be worse than mao's is certainly at least on par with naut, probably better.
It's a fucking shame that's what this is, because he is one of the better designed characters in the game.

They reworked her lore, she's a Noxian and a Black Rose member now. She still went to the Shadow Isles and worships Vilemaw, but the two are seperate from the rest of the Shadow Isles, and she still lures people to Vilemaw, just from Noxus using things like the Black Rose to help her.
