So I was stupid enough to go and do the rednand+mocha cfw shit after i did the haxchi on the sysnand.

Is there anyway to undo it and just use haxchi on sysnand? Should I backup the important files on my sd and then format it, thus wiping the hidden partition that houses the rednand stuff?

Only BW2, which was the equivalent of a third version, BW came out in Japan a year before the 3DS was released. 3DS being backwards compatible also meant that it didn't matter whether it was on DS or 3DS.
