It's literally not hard. 8 hours a day really isn't that much. Sleep 6-8 hours, work 8 hours, play 6-8 hours, you have up to 4 hours to do whetever else you want. Some days I just play for honor, other days I don't play any at all and spend 10 hours doing whatever.

It's all about consistency.

I'm rep 6. While I'm not the "average" gamer, the average gamer plays maybe 2 hours a day, I'm a hardcore gamer. That means when I'm playing a game, I'm not doing it casually. My free time isn't spent playing mobile games, or doing the garden, it's spent playing a game that I like. I go out every other day, and I work 8 hours most days.

It's not hard. If you are less than rep 3, main one class, and you owned the game all week, you're a casual. It's a fact. 4 hours a day is EASY for anyone "with a life." that's 8-12, or 6-10, or 4-6, dinner, then 8-10. You can do all your dailies in those times and playing that much you should be at least rep 3.

It's amazing how little skill is involved in PK play.

People think the Orochi and Warden are top tier and easy, but they're mixup characters that require game knowledge and the ability to read an opponent.

PK is literally mashing from different directions and the character is so basic that that is the optimal way to play it. Don't learn defense, don't learn mechanics, just attack so fast that no one can't do anything about it.

I like the game and all, but a character designed to mash in a fighting game will kill any competitiveness it could possibly have had.

Guard breaks are still bugged.
Specifically if both players throw one out the game seems to just freak out when deciding who should get it.
I've gotten guard breaks that I was second on and guard breaks I was first on, it's just random.

Imo if guard breaks clash they should just break to neutral and drain some stamina, it'd help make the warden vortex less ridiculous too.

PK is just a poorly designed character for a game that's using P2P. It's no different than a Street Fighter character having some target combo that goes low instant overhead low low, and you can press a different kick to make any of the last 3 hits attack a different area. You'd be able to react offline, but this particular version of Street Fighter happens to be online only.

It's just a shitty design that wouldn't fly in a real competitive game. I'm sure you have fun with it, though.

Been playing for couple evenings, only had one played DC, and switch was fast.
60 bucks is steep, but campaign in more than just a series of multiplayer maps, so I'd say it's worth it. The good thing about $60 price tag is that cheaters and lagswitchers will have to pay up again if they ever get caught, there's more risk here than when breaking some F2P.
