What is that Lawbringer move even good for apart from moving the enemy around a bit?

I still find it hard to believe that people are happy Teching GB is going to become so enormously easy, the window is going to be "Any time during their animation" which is completely absurd and essentially removes GB from the game.

Online you have to start your parry JUST BEFORE the arrow flashes red, not during. It takes a lot of practice and frustrating deaths. The key to parrying is to do it when you're certain you can pull it off. People who try to be Dark Souls shitters and parry everything get their asses handed to them because not everything can be parried.

Hello! I have some silly questions here that I'm sure have been asked a thousand times already, but this is my first...Fighting game (is that the correct term?) and I'm a bit overwhelmed by everything!

I've completed the practice modes and 90% of the story content on easy using an xbox controller and mostly just...Waving whatever weapon I have around in a pseudo panic and getting lucky. I'm determined to practice parrying and getting atleast passably decent at this before I expose other strangers to my flailing ways, which brings me to my first concern! How steep is the learning curve for someone who's completely new to these kind of games? I'm having a lot of fun but oh boy am I bad at this so far. I'm keeping my friends waiting because I'm far too embarrassed about my playstyle or lack thereof to play with them oh boy they don't need to see me get stabbed to death this much

Which brings me to my next question! I'm assuming The Warden's the easiest for a new player to get used to things on before I move on to something more advanced?

The real reason for the change is that currently if both players gb at roughly the same time, one player wins and the other can't tech. In the beta you could still tech the gb.
What most people would prefer is that if both people gb at the same time you can still tech it, but without the possibility to mash tech.
Right now the lesser evil is to allow mashing but make double gb fair. Perhaps one day they'll code it properly.

Yeah, it was horribly unstable during the beta (understandable) and release (unacceptable) but they've improved a lot since then. I can find matches very quickly now and hardly ever drop matches either.

It's still annoying that whenever matchmaking fails for whatever reason, it boots you back to the main menu and just mashing spacebar will get you thrown in PvP Dom instead of whatever mode you wanted.

If you throw a light it punishes 66% of the actions he can take after the charge. The only thing he can try to do is cancel the charge and parry your light - and good luck with that. People really need to stop bitching about shit. If the warden did not have this mixup, what other mixups would he have? I would be okay with them increasing the stamina it costs, but removing the GB option from it entirely, which is what Tru3 is advocating for, would kill the class.
