That particular Uesugi Kenshin would actually be a possibility to happen in Fate/GO, although it would have to be in a sneaky way where there artist just happened to be the same one to draw her in Rance, and she just happened to look like the character in Rance, and happened to have the same personality.
It'd be a long shot, but it's not the most impossible series of events that could take place.

She does the same job but she isn't a better party member. Better in the sense you can't level Kaoru until postgame maybe but once they both hit 50 Kaoru is better, and Kaoru is one of the best units you have before she gets imprisoned. Imprisoned by Rance too, compared to Kanami who just gets punked.
