Olaf needs tank stats. Your job as Olaf JG isn't to deal superior damage all the way through the game. Your job is to do a shit ton of dmg early then transition to a tanky bruiser where all you need to do is run at the enemy damage dealers "safely" by flanking them or ambushing them from the fog of war- slow them and let your team delete that target.

you don't need attack damage items to do your job. Olaf's kit has solid base damage. So even with a full tank build Olaf can delete squishy targets- and win duels against tanks.

Also, Kled is more fun. Jungle is for Ivern.

If you're looking for straight counters to prevent blitz from landing hooks on your adc, you're going to need those reflexes. If morg doesn't work out try tahm kench, malzahar was pretty good for the job but not so much now, and thresh is good to lantern the adc back to safety.

If you get grabbed often and want to make plays from it then alistar might be better than braum. You can get a free pulverize then head butt combo or an enemy minion back to safety if necessary

Before I played league I played starcraft 2.
Although I was completely new to the game, I knew alot about all the strats because of watching tons of pro games.
I got placed in the lowest tier (bronze) but was winning something like 90% of my games. To advance you got a secret promo game or something, i forgot how it exactly worked where you would play someone of a higher tier. Thing is, everytime I got into that promo game, I got matched with someone from the absolute highest tiers diamond etc. I had so much elo that eventually, some guy just let me win and I went straight to the promos of the silver tier.

That's because Talon is a snowball champion who's winrate sharply declines after 25 minutes. Granted he's still fairly strong all game because if you get a good pick you can just remove someone, but he really doesn't scale like say Zed does. You probably aren't putting enough hurt on the map outside your lane if you are having trouble closing out. He's not a great or straightforward teamfighter so late game can be tricky. Same problem a lot of assassins have. If they can't beat whoever gets sent to stop the splitpush, once everyone starts gormlessly blobbing together and ramming at each other like many end games go it kind of ends up out of your hands a bit.

If you get Malph support, your best bet is to just dodge. Cunt has ZERO tank potential, meaning they're just going to ignore he exists and just focus you.

Most he'll do is hit E and Q and they'll be somewhat slow while you're stunlocked.
