-nerf ana's heal grenade so that it only buffs healing 25% and can only slow healing instead of stopping healing, it also no longer does damage
-sleep dart reduced to only 4 seconds
-less healing while unscoped, normal healing when scoped
-make nanoboost increase speed again but reduce damage resistance a lot

It's because he's designed to be fucking annoying to play against. He's a fucking waiting game. He's always jumping around being a piece of shit and slicing through the air and being impossible to hit. He'll just double jump when he's unsure of what else to do and then when you're actually trying to shoot him he'll do his deflect nonsense that will deflect your bullets even when he's not directly looking at you. Kind of just makes him feel invincible so I just play monkey trouble to not put in the effort to kill him.

A lot of characters in this game are just infuriating to play against. Pharah is like this fucking mosquito that won't ever fuck off. Everybody likes to play her so I have to play Soldier or Roadhog in return.
