I consider myself a pretty good player, and I get hit by the initial heavy all the time, just because it's so fucking slow I fuck up my parry.

That being said, the reason I haven't bothered to learn the parry timing is because it has never mattered, as people always follow it up with an unblockable thats super easy to parry, even when blind. My LB strat, for better or for worse, is to eat a hit and then parry, and then combo them 100-0 off that parry.

Like I said, you'd be surprised.
I've had players that reliably parry any heavy I'd done, or reliably broken my gb, or were just great at rolling away after the shove. It even got to the point where I had to rely on normal attack chains to deal any damage, but when push came to shove they just didn't seem to expect it after a shove, and that's how I killed them.

I wasn't a fan of the viking story. FemRaider is also stupid smug bitch as well. The story only exists to introduce the Samurai really. At least the supporting cast are funny enough to carry it. Yeah, they just came off as cunts. Which is sad because I liked most of the cast except for the FemRaider (whom I thought would be cool but the voice actress just sounds... odd). And yeah, Mercy was annoying.

Fucking up the Samurai who were more or less just minding their own business was kinda weird. I was hoping we'd get some more development with the Vikings, or even a crazier conquest of the Myre. I just feel like a lot more could've been achieved without Apollyon pulling the strings everywhere. Just have the factions bump against each other, some trying to keep to themselves and maintain a semblance of order, or otherwise.

For Honor's defensive game is stupidly broken so the first point matters the most. In any case, Warden has the best parry follow-ups, the best pokes and the best 50/50 in the game. Ergo, Warden is the best by a significant margin.

LB has dogshit follow-ups after parry unless he gets a wall slam and as such is the worst character in the game.

Shugoki might be temporarily the best character because he has an exploit at the moment that allows you to make his heavies unparryable.

I know, it was a pain. I would not stain myself with easy mode warden or shitter peacekeeper so I picked conq. Never once played him, won the elination 3-1, got 7 kills 1 death, and even fought 2 shoguki a the same time and won. All in the same match. And i literally did nothing but parry>heavy>charge. I'm super jealous that other classes can combo with moves like charge or head butt or raider charge thing but no lawbringer.
