As they add new heroes, it will only get better. I feel like every time a hero is released and everyone freaks out that they are so strong, a few heroes down the line they fall off because they've been effectively balanced out by the newly introduced/reworked kits.

Sure there are outliers sometimes, and maps will always have some heroes who excel at their objectives, but the more shit in the game the better imo.

That really depends on how everyone plays.
I've noticed that a lot of heroes don't really "click" with some people in this game.
Like you can get a good understand of everything about the hero but for some reason when you play them everything seems to go wrong.
I've seen a lot of Jos and Muras that don't know when it's appropriate to run into the middle of the enemy team or when to stay back so you can get the fucking Zeratul off your healer.
Seen way too many Malfs and Rehgars who think they're invulnerable and position hyper-aggressively even when we're behind.
especially with the recent buffs, I've seen plenty of Diablo players that just run in and blow cooldowns instead of chaining his stuns properly for a sure kill.
Medivh, Tyrael, Sylvanas, Li-Ming, Vikings and Tassadar are, off the top of my head, the heroes that people really need to click with in order to do well with them.
Anyone can pick the right talents and land a decent amount of skillshots, but HotS players really, really struggle with positioning and reading the movement of their allies, let alone the enemy team.

Trick to Sonya is to not go ham and poke with spear->w->run away until the fight really happens. Like all melee assassins you don't want to engage fully before your tank does.

Wih ult up you can just trade into their tanks. Or you spear something in their backline and spin on them. Sonya is great to isolate back from frontline. You pick some squishy and either force them out of the fight or kill them.

Lunara is definitely strong but she's a much riskier pick than even Valla, one of the more squishy assassins in the game.
Her mobility gimmick falls to pieces the moment she gets cc'd, and from there it really only takes 2 people auto attacking you and 1-2 abilities to kill you before you get out of range.
Her ult helps with this but she's not invulnerable during the animation and it's really position dependent.

If overwatch was made only from sweaty dwarf characters then only a small audience of DnD nerds would be interested in it, so they they needed to add some characters which appeal.
Humans are genetically programmed to like cute things, and to like attractive humans since it means they have good genes and thus could give you healthy babies and allow you to fulffil your original evolutionary purpose which is to procreate.
So Dva was designed to be a cute grill which is enough to pull the male audience, and she was given the robo suit and shit which will pull the nerd and geek and anime virgins and people into shit like scifi and this wide audience will spawn lots of fan art which in turn springs it to even larger popularity.

Are you saying game balance or lore-wise?

I have several hundred hours on Reinhardt and ever since hitbox changes his charge has been super fucky. You can hit some people dead-fucking-on and they'll slide straight over your head, not to mention there's a good amount of abilities that can halt you in your tracks and you're easy to interrupt since all your abilities are heavily broadcasted and your hitbox is basically a magnet.

Lore-wise, well the game isn't designed to reflect what little lore they have (in the Bastion short we see single Crusader soaking up a hail of bullets from multiple omnic killbots, but in-game it only takes on bastion mere seconds to shatter a Rein shield) but, you weigh a good ton in that armor.
Typically, getting smashed between something that weighs a ton and is moving at high speeds and something else that is very hard and study typically kills some.

Usually they remove the silence penalty after investigation. The silence system is stupid, though. If enough people report you for abusive language you are automatically silenced. I played against a premade 5 the other day and got silenced post game. (TL, was playing with friends) We crushed them and I'm fairly certain their entire team reported all of us. I was the only one silenced but still.

if you were playing with humans you probably ran into some other newer/bad people too. normally there's enough skill there to play 4v5 and still be fine against that. it's not an easy ai comp to take on but not an instant deletion deathball one either.

if it's 9 ai losing isn't super uncommon. xul+zag is a hard time. those 2 shit on the other ai quite badly. if you don't go for kills of them yourself your forts will be gone shortly while your team watches. they also make some maps a massive pain to finish since lanes will be pushed out obsessively and quite quickly, so they will have less split team time to take advantage of. only worse pair is xul+sylv.

Herbs are still pretty good, though. Ideally tauren tank on a sky golem then just make laps around Stormheim or Suramar. Second profession is usually enchanting to shard the crystals, or alchemy if you can be bothered to get rank 3 and are familiar with all the pricings, etc.

Just remember to go farm trash the first week or next tier. Like, non-stop. Ideally heroic. To hell with everything else.
