1. The main difference is the lore of the final boss. Lyon is only influenced by the demon in Ephraim's route whereas Lyon is completely possessed by the demon in Eirika's route.

2. SS is great. A nice upgrade to the previous two GBA titles. Lyon is OK. As a character, he is sympathetic. Hope we get him in FEH soon.

3. Awakening? Fates? Shadow Dragon remake is worth it to play again.

-def +hp isn't all that bad, -spd or -atk is what you want to avoid.
Nowi as a 4* isn't the amazing tank she is as a 5*, but she can still get work done. 3* units tend to be fairly weak, even if they're really strong once promoted.

I'd personally use Nowi, but that's mostly because I like her more than most other units.
Wouldn't touch Corrin even though I like her. 3* with -spd will be a pain.

I was starting to have troubles in Chapter 18, but I didnt realize I was in the last few chapters of the game and that it was scaled to have most of my units promoted. I really mismanaged exp. Ephraim's corridor chapter was painful and boat chapter without using prepromotes made me want to cry.

I did beat Eirikas route, just not her combined chapters with Ephraim.

Well, the hardest dungeons are like 22 floors long meant only for the elite. You can beat it and get one stone, and five stones are required for a roll.

Most of the time they come out with 5-floor dungeons (each having two modes) that reward a stone for clearing both modes.

Although the main point is that it does appear PAD eased up over time, which hopefully means this will as well. Based on how ridiculously cashgrabby everything seems so far though, I doubt they have any intention of making this an actually good game in the long term.

Also no problems with Taillite being his canon wife, that's the one I went with.

Lewyn and Erin are already canon, and I can't look at Cairpre and think he's anyone but Claude's son. Since Taillite needs a mage for a husband to make her kids decent units, Azel is the only one left.

I'm starting to see a trend here where the canon pairings make the kids match their parents' classes. So I guess this means Holyn/Ayra, Midir/Aideen, and Dew/Brigid is canon?

Second one (魔よけ, "Talisman") says something like "Halves damage from magic users or demons". I base that off of "魔法を扱う者 または魔物から受けるダメージを半渺します", but I'm unsure about the "渺" at the end because I can't really distinguish the right-hand radicals, so I don't know if it's the correct kanji or not.
