I'm having problems with valks corner carry from midscreen combo.

w5A > w5B > w5C > 5D > 5B > 5C > j.B > 214B > 9D > wj.B > wj.A > 5D > 5B > 2C > j.B > sjc > j.B > j.C

People always fall out when I try to land transform 5B in the corner.

I've done the combo successfully about 30% of the time, I just can't figure out the spacing of the hits (wj.B into wj.A) in the air to give me enough frames to land and transform in time.

He's not the strongest or even guaranteed top 5 character in the game, but he's still extremely good and generally considered bullshit because of how instantaneously he can change the momentum, and having generally dirty setups.

Curse mode is probably the strongest character in the game, but pre-curse is pretty shit.
When you put them together, you are left with a still very good character, but he can lose easily to the top tiers because they prevent him from ever getting a hit or curse at all.
He is really only A tier but because of how infuriating he is to fight, it can seem like he is the worst shit in the game.

there are barely any carl games that are entertaining from a spectator perspective. he's way worse than zato in that regard.

arakune is just as bad because no one knows what the fuck is going on in his matchups except for people that are already very invested in the game, and then even they can tend to get lost.

i don't think nine would be that bad. she looks cool and is flashy as fuck and outside of her dash at least follows most standard fighting game conventions. she sucks for normal people to fight against, but on the top end she isn't bad and doesn't seem so overpowering.

Blazblue started out as a relatively tame, cool game. Had a couple of really cool characters and only a couple of gimmes for the hardcore anime degenerates. Now every game has added more and more shitty waifus and the fan base has become this. Stick to Guilty Gear folks.

You have to do the transform and 2C AS SOON as you are able to from the cannon. There are IAD combos from the cannon as well that really suck cause it'll eat your input if you do it too early messing up the input of your IAD.
