Yes. Like fucking everything.
Dungeons in P4 are one corridor that repeats itself for the whole dungeon - in P5 they're huge expansive handcrafted dungeons.
There are a metric fuck tonne of quality of life improvements that'd make adjusting to P4 harder, and yes, it will definitely just look like a shitty version of 5.

Funnily enough I feel it aged better graphically to p3 and p4 because its mostly sprite artwork. The portraits actually have different emotions compared to just slapping new eyes and faces to the same portrait

These threads have a lot of that shit, but the NeoGAF community thread has its own sort of shit - everyone is trying to look their best to everyone so there's a bunch of reciting unfunny meta-jokes and posting irrelevant bullshit nobody actually cares about. The fact that Hardin (and whoever his replacement is) frequents that place and the way the mods encourage sucking up to people in industry positions on that site puts a lot against speaking negatively too.
At least here I frequently see discussion on the characters and stories that goes beyond anything discussed there - the lack of a spoiler policy helps in that respect a bunch. The only discussion related to P5 I've seen there is "it looks kewl" and "lol delay memes" - and the only discussion that happens on P3-4 is "im stuck on shadow X help" or "yosuke was gay", and P1-2 are just ignored there.
NeoGAF is little more than a forum for everyone to pat each other on the back.

Yes, though it can get more complicated than just fanservice. A lot of female characters in this series suffer from all the usual problems that come with being written by otaku, for otaku, and that brings about narrative weaknesses. Specifically about fanservice though, it can really bring the experience down when you get a scene that feels poorly justified, tonally out of place and makes all the characters look bad for the sake of pervy hijinx.
