I know most people use Vuhdoo nowadays, but I personally prefer Grid with the side/corner Icon Addon.
You should use mouseover macros for all your spells anyway unless your raid frame already has that functionality inbuild.
Also get an Addon that shows you Raid Cds so you don't blow yours when another healer already does.

The only people who think class discords are a good resource are the sort of people who don't test out anything themselves. They don't know how to play, they just take what "smart" people tell them at face value.

Anyone else in favor of more boss fights like Elisande where the first phase can arguably be the hardest and the rest slowly dwindle down to be easier and easier

I'd really prefer Boss fights where they threw everything they had at you in the first phase and they slowly got tired instead of the opposite with star and Garrosh where 10 minutes later in the third phase where you're all the most tired and liable to make mistakes is the one that's most likely to just completely wipe you it's really demoralizing

I'd rather find out up front if my raid group can handle a boss then continually throwing bodies at it because oh well we got to the third phase
