Fucking D1 shitters have no idea how flexible the card can be and useful it can be in many match ups

Using her even with one follower can give you a huge tempo advantage and forces your opponent to play on the defensive
She's also very good at setting up lethal boards in situations where without her it would take you a good 2-3 turns

She may not be an auto-include but running 1-2 of her is a very reasonable option
In a sense she's very representative of dirt rune's inherent flexibility and why you can never really net deck dirt rune

For the people saying the rotations are tournament only, that picture looks like they're reviewing the rotation process of analog TCGs tournaments.
The below bullet points are pointing out how meta rotation would benefit the game's longevity, citing they don't want a single strategy or card dominating the meta game.
The other one says how it would make it easier for new players to compete with older more experienced players with a bigger card collection with the addition of rotation.
It could very well mean they're trying to implement it into the current game, regardless of tournament format or not.

In Magic, cards are rarely nerfed and rarely banned despite being OP or format warping.
Recently we had the first ban of cards in Standard is almost an entire decade and the playerbase was really surprised about it.

Absolutely not. He has his moments but it's very reliant on drawing a chain of cards in a specific order. Yeah, it's great if you nail the meme combo but it's something to do for fun, not as an actual strategy. If you don't have atomy's, you have many, many other more important cards to consider crafting. Cards that are neutralcraft core or core to a leader's deck mechanics. That's 4 golds per atomy you're basically wasting. Golds that'll let you actually win elsewhere.

Because every class has removal to deal with him that there's always a way. The problem with Mordecai is, that only 3 classes have banish/transform/bounce to deal with him. The only neutral banish card is Odin.
Plus, there is no gain in killing him whatsoever. It'd be fine if he'd came back at the beginning of that players next turn, since at least he wouldn't be able to attack with him. He'd still give some value and be a magnet for removal, while giving ways to handle him.
With what he is now, he'd be valueable in any class basically, while gaining even more merits through shadowcrafts sacrifice shenanigans.

Most counterarguments also boil down to "hurr, just have board control/win before t8". It's basically saying, yeah he might be broken, but it's not a problem of the current meta, cause it's too slow anyway.

Having board control is the natural and intended counter to Mord. Odin is just an incidental counter released in DE. This game has never rewarded the "stall forever" mentality of play; it wants players to fight for board control every turn. Cygames continues to release cards like Satan and Seraph because of this.

You can get one expensive control deck right off the bat if you dust everything you got from free packs (as long as your roll was not complete shit) but you will be limited to playing only it for a long time. Current T1 decks cost more than 2 times less than average control deck so yep, you can build 2 T1 decks without spending a buck.

You get approximately 7-8 packs a week minimum which means you're gonna get a couple golds and about a 65% chance of getting a legendary per week. Reroll your 20g missions for a chance to get more.

While full card libraries do have higher raw power and topdeck consistency, fewer copies of cheaper cards are still able to win reliably. t. I have a decent winrate against control decks despite having a deck worth less than 1/5th of theirs.

If you're a long time ccg player that knows how he likes to play and is fine for playing a single or double deck for weeks at a time, the starter shit is about 30k vials.

If you know what you like, you can bust a nut making it then just enjoy life. If you don't and/or you're new, being able to play a lot of decks with different leaders until you find a deck archetype and leader mechanic you like without killing your ability to play shit is better. Regardless of which route you go, you'll be maintaining 6 other decks for doing dailies.

They mostly do play 1-3ish decks once they settle down. Many people start making meme decks with cards viewed as underrated instead of spamming shit like otk roach over and over.

Each letter rank has 3 number ranks c0,1,2 etc. You can drop number ranks, like from D1 to D0. But you cannot fall letters, like from C0 to D2. You're matched up against people +/- 2 letter ranks so once you're in A rank you're able to get bent over by masters players.

Elder treant is ghetto rush. Fairy knight is some understated rush

Giant/gigas/canopies can give you some cheap wincon that isn't understatted due to its effects
Fairy beast helps if you live that long

You get a good bit of help from neutral cards as well. Especially since you're tits up for wards against aggro, you don't have many durable offset stat followers to chew up offset aggro followers nor offensive offset stat followers to chew up durable followers like yurius. Only gets better the more gold/legos you draw. It really helps if you get titania's/olivia and some of the wincon legos like lucifer/bahamut.You also live and die on getting enough combo to trade for value to stay ahead. There's more board clear than ever so no liza's also kicking you in the nuts. You could probably get to B.

A problem for many new players is them making one of the strong meta decks and flying up in ranks quickly while having few or no decks for other classes. Then get like a Dragon daily and get matched up against AA-Master players with no deck for that class.

The tiers are severely distorted this expansion and aren't really that descriptive as a result.

t1 is basically, otk roach which has 4 ways to obliterate you with complete disregard for any and everything you do. tempo rune which more often than not links its draw spellboost engine to just play more raw pp of cards per turn than anything you can match until you run out of board clear and die. And saha-luci ramp dragon which is more a condemnation of a neutralcraft deck than a dragon deck. If it can draw its ramp it's shitting out hard win cons 3-4 turns early and you basically die. It's extremely depending on a full list of nearly half legendaries and/or drawing a long chain of cards in order.

It's even better when you have anything or ward with 4 or more attack on t8. They slam a wolf into it to get a 0 cost return all followers to the owners hand next turn. Afterwards they can play a >20 damage combo from hand killing you. The other cards it has makes sure you can't kill it before then and it can still kill you from hand at multiple points earlier.
