So, the only defense for what future Tharja is is that she went full yandere when Robin was taken from her. While it doesn't excuse what she did I refuse to hate her for what amounts to mental sickness and instability that Robin should've been aware of and dealt something like that could happen.

As far as 'not liking' her own daughters despite the fact she actually loves them, that's obviously a front that probably has to do with how she was raised. Again, I know everyone so afraid of her, but Robin really needs to grow a pair and talk to her about that.
Tharja only goes around acting like that uncorrected because she was raised that way and no one is willing to talk to her as a concerned equal about it.

She's a bit crazy and if you do go for her, you learn from Noire that you weren't all that successful when you tried to stand up to her experiments. Noire does mention, in her last support convo if you're her father if I remember right, that you've done something you never did in that other future, so there's some hope, so to speak.

Also when Tharja's husband dies she goes even more crazy, which is to say that if her current one doesn't things might go a lot better.

They have psychologists in the Fire Emblem universe, ask her to go see one, and be supportive. It's pretty much spelled out in Awakening that Dark Mages are pretty crazy. Tharja has a few lines in supports implying that her own cultist family treated her the same way she treated Noire in the bad future (neglecting her, experimenting on her, etc.) even without any traumatic excuse to do so. Plegian Dark Mages are pretty fucked in the head. The end of her support with Noire ended happily though. And the end of Noire's support with her dad implies that things can change. It'll take time for her husband to unfuck her brain I'd say. She is from the cultist shithole that is Plegia after all.

Also she is obviously not the type who's fond of children, especially since she's so anti-social. She probably gave birth to children because it's the norm in society. As time pass by, she will learn to change and love them.

He hits like a truck due to moonblow having only 2 action charge. He's kinda useless if you don't have him at +speed like I do. If you have him at +speed, then he can actually work out pretty well. But you NEED someone to boost his speed a bit more too, like Eirika or Lyn. That brings him to the speed tier of not being doubled by any major threats. Nino or Linde will stick fuck him up, but if you're letting Ephraim tank mages, you're doing it wrong.

Henry is just a special case since even Tharja remarks that he is notorious amongst Plegian Dark Mages for being eccentric.

Seliph is the best red unit. He has the highest stat total out of the red units which allows for you to get a higher score in the arena.

Buffing shenanigans means that she can basically kill anything that isn't a high res red unit.
She is quite fragile and can't really face most ranged units without good support, but you don't use Nino without quite a few buffing units.

Julia isn't bad and she definitely has her uses, but Nino is just the best buffed unit currently.
If you don't have two buffers, Nino suffers greatly. Although even just Sharena can bring her pretty high on her own, you'd have to invest into Sharena (and Nino, as neither come as 5*).
