Balance is easy to play, if that's what you're asking. Feral works to keep plates spinning (three dots and a buff) with limited resources, whereas Balance just makes sure to never let any resource cap out. Feral gets a lot more pleasant with the right legendaries. Balance legos just let you pretend you can do single target damage. Feral never gets to pretend it can AOE.

No, that's accounted for. It's heavily overbudgeted but doesn't actually scale very well. High ilvl trinkets outcompete it in pretty much all cases. The problem is that an 860 Arcanocrystal punches well above its ilvl and that high ilvl statsticks are nearly as rare.

My 870 Arcanocrystal beats any stastick I can find under 905, and Celestial Map has to roll even higher to compete.
